The estimate was quick and easy. There was no need to look for other companies because the qupte was very reasonable. The job was completed the next week and looks amazing! Thank you and would definately use this company again!

The carpet layers had to move some heavy furniture, remove the old carpet and pad. They were very efficient and proceeded to get the work done in a timely manor. They did a great job. We are really pleased with the way in which the workers got the work done. They parked their truck in an area in the Condo Complex that would not block anyone from leaving or entering. You could see that they have done this many times before and seemed to have a system that worked well for them. My neighbor came over to see what was going on. They need a new carpet also and I recommended they go to Discount Carpets and also that they join Angie's List.

Bruce from Discount Floors came to the house to discuss carpets. He did bring several samples with him. He placed samples on the dining room table for us to see. While looking at different samples, we noticed a scatching sound. When we lifted the samples, we found several large, deep scratches in our high gloss black resin/enamled table top. We were shocked to see the damage and the only thing Bruce said was he had never seen that happen before. No apology for the damage, just well stuff happens. On further inspection of the samples, Bruce acknowledged the samples were somewhat falling apart and needed repair. Too late for our table, severe damage was already done. Damaged would have occurred on any surface, due to the metal piece that was protruding from the sample. After this happened, we were in such shock, the appointment carried on, but we were turned off by any more of Bruces sales pitch. We have had other companies bring samples and dispaly them on the same table without a scratch.A very disappointing situation because the table is ruined, but even more disturbing to us was his insensativity to the fact his samples ruined a perfectly good dining room table. Again, before Bruce left, no apology, nothing. I would not want to do business with a company that shows no regard for other peoples personal property.

I waited a month to provide my review in case any problems developed. Discount Floors came to my house with plenty of samples and had exactly what I was looking for in stock. They removed and replaced padding and carpet in my home office and both bedrooms. Additionally, for a reasonable charge (which was included in the original estimate), the installers moved large furniture and disassembled and reassembled my platform bed. I appreciate the fact that, although I requested heavier grade padding, it was my preference and not something they tried to push on me to increase the sale. As for pricing, I found that they are very competitive. Upon scheduling, I was told there was a possibility the installers could run late due to a project in line before mine. I also received a phone call the morning of my service providing their estimated arrival time...which was considerate and accurate. I love my new carpet and am very pleased with Discount Floors' service.

Discounts Steve Campbell came to our house and show us examples of his products. He did a very good job of explaining the pro's and cons of different types and grades of carpet. We chose a carpet that had to be special ordered. We expected to wait at least two weeks before it was available for installation, but, to our surprise it was available in about 5 days. The installer's were at our house on as promised and installed the carpet in about 3 hours. They cleaned up after themselves. They also stretched another carpet for a minimal charge. Steve came in at the finish to make sure that we were happy with our purchase, and to give us our warranty. My wife is very happy with this purchase.

Steve is on time for estimate, start and finish the work on time, price is best among estimates.

It went great. My son's carpet was too gross to live with anymore and we happened to have his room emptied for a new bed. Steve came out, showed us a nice selection of in stock carpet and got it installed the next day. We aren't ready to do the whole upstairs, so we found something workable that won't break out hearts or bank to rip out in two years to re-do the entire upstairs.

Bruce and Steve at Discount Flooring were great! They were easy to work with and were very accommodating with changes. Even though they don't normally work with cork, since they were doing the rest of the flooring, they agreed to install the cork as well, and did a very nice job. Thanks Bruce and Steve!

Discount Flooring was professional, knowledgable and reliable. They did what they said and if there was a problem, they fixed it and made it right. Steve came by to check the work toward the end of the installation. I was having the furniture put back in one of the bedrooms and was making the bed. Steve helped make the bed with me. That is really service with a smile! (but I do not think part of the contact) One of my best experiences with a service company ever. I plan to use them in the future for any flooring needs. Called on Monday and got an appointment with Steve on Tuesday about getting carpet for our rental property. Steve came to the property on time with samples that we had discussed. This is our first rental property so we needed some guidance on a good quality inexpensive product and Steve had just the thing. Excellent information on the various options. Picked out an in-stock carpet and Steve was able to squeeze our small job in on Thursday afternoon. Installation was on time and looks great. Would highly recommend this business for future flooring needs.

We were very pleased with our whole experience with Discount Floors. We chose them to install our carpet after getting 2 other bids. Their price was the best and Steve did a great job explaining everything truthfully. He didn't try to upsell us on something we didn't need. They did a great job installing the carpet and it looks and feels beautiful. We could tell that this family owned company was very conscientious about doing the best job they could possibly do.

What a great experience. We got several quotes on berber carpet and Discount Floors had the lowest price as well as the good reviews here.Bruce came out to show us the sample and give us the quote on May 21st, confirmed the availability and placed the order on the 22nd. Throughout the week Bruce continued to give us status updates and was extremely flexible to accommodate our schedule. On Friday May 25th the install was completed. The installers were clean and friendly and did a fantastic job. It took less than 3 hours including moving our furniture and putting it back in place as well as final clean-up. I highly recommend Discount Floors.

Very, very impressed with this company. The salesman was personable and believable - no high pressure sales tactics or quick sale discounts. We wanted to pay more to upgrade the pad but he talked us out of it - told us the pad he was including in the deal was already an upgrade (because of the Angies List reference) and he recommended we not spend more for something we did not need. And the carpet - wow. We had never heard of Beaulieu - but the samples we saw were very plush and the backing of this carpet is unbelievable. Handed over a deposit and made an appointment for installation. The crew showed up at the appropriate time and did a very nice job. Took them a day and a half to finish the work, but it is top quality. They even helped us move some furniture (something the big box store wanted extra for) and then moved it back. This installation was a couple thousand less than one of the big box retailers wanted - and we could not be happier.

Our overall experience from the moment Steve Campbell called until the day the carpet was installed and he came to our house to inspect the installation was WONDERFUL. No hard sell at all. I had researched the carpet that I wanted so I pretty well had my mind made up. My husband's position was whatever I wanted, within reason, was okay. Steve wanted me to be aware of other carpets that were available and took the time to go through those with me. I went with the one that I wanted, but there were various choices within that brand, and Steve went through those with me also. The carpet I wanted was one of the best on the market and I knew that it would be on the higher end price-wise. When I actually made the choice and Steve gave me the price for carpet and a good quality pad, it was a great price. My husband and I were doing some remodeling on our house and we were concerned that the carpet would come in before we were ready for it to be installed. Steve said no problem, they could hold it in their warehouse until we were ready. Everything went smooth as glass!!! The carpet has been in for almost a month, and we love it. We chose this particular carpet because we have four Pomeranians, who, occasionally, have accidents. SAY IT AIN'T SO - NOT ON THE NEW CARPET. YEP. About a week or so after the carpet went in, one of our little darlings peed on the carpet. I did just like I was told, and what I saw in a video on the internet. Clean, damp rag, blot, blot, blot, repeat. It cleaned up like a dream - it cleaned up so well, I took a flashlight and looked at it and there was no spot. So, would I recommend Discount Floors. You bet I would - I'd be their personal cheerleader, but I don't have the body or legs for those little cheerleading outfits, and they would probably lose business, so I figured that passing along my very positive experience would be the best thing I could do. Their service was excellent. They don’t have a store so they brought samples out. They don’t take credit cards because they tell me they save me money by not using a credit card. He had to order the carpet and he told me that it would take so many days. When it came in I wasn’t quite ready at that point so they came in the morning and they had all done before noon. They were excellent. They moved all the furniture in the bedrooms; the only thing they wouldn’t touch was the electronics, like the TV. Their quality of work was very good. I called another company and gave them the measurements and they were $300 higher. They were excellent on punctuality. They said they would be here between 9-9:30 and they were here by 9:30 and were done by noon. The installers were very nice.

They did a great job. They were easy to work with and extremely friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a beautiful job, we are really happy with the work. This company was one of the few companies which would do what we wanted and didn't require us to purchase new carpeting from them for the walkways. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional.
