The contractors used by the owner Bruce did a great job and finished in the time specified (only 4 days). There were no hidden fees, the price quoted was what it ended up being. The quality of the work was great. They cleaned up every day after they were done. Definitely recommend.

Great experience from start to finish.

Steve was great. Clearly knows a lot about carpeting. He brought up details I never thought of even after carpeting several homes. His installers were so detail oriented that they took their time to get the pattern exactly right. It looks gorgeous.

It's been very good. Their pricing is very good. The quality of the work is excellent. The workers were amazing. They worked hard the entire they were here without any breaks or goofing off or horsing around. They were hard at work. They did a pretty good job of keeping the house clean. They worked long hours. I shut them off at 6 o'clock but they would've stayed later if I'd let them. I am using them again. I'm having them come back to do some more work for me.

The installers were very nice. We were very comfortable with the situation. The experience was very good.

We found Steven Campbell's company on Angie's List and were very pleased with the workmanship and quality. Albert, the tile setter, is a Master of his Craft and laid stone tile beautifully in the entryway, kitchen and two smaller rooms. The tile was finished in 2 1/2 days! Other flooring companies told us it would take a week, and others said that they don't lay stone at all, so we were were more than pleased with this outcome. We also had Mohawk wear dated carpet installed about 2000 sf and the carpet layers were very fast. We basically had a brand new house in 5 days, they started on a Monday and finished late Friday. This is a very Professionally run company, and I recommend , especially if you want tile laid, to use this company.

From the moment I had started dealing with Discount Flooring, I felt their professionalism. Unfortunately, their price came out over $900 more than Lowes on Chandler Blvd off 101 freeway. I would definitely try again with Discount Flooring for a carpet or flooring project.

Excellent A+. I am extremely impressed with this company. Owner Steve Campbell is professional and honest, I appreciated his expertise in making a selection that was reasonable but yet durable and high quality, everyone who has seen it loves it. The two carpet installers were also very professional, arrived on time and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company to any one looking for flooring and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Steve Campbell met us at a location close to our work several times to answer our questions and make sure we got what we wanted. They came all the way down to Casa Grande to measure out the house and then again to do the job. The crew was quick, kind, and professional. I hate having contractors in my house because it is a miserable experience. When Steve and his crew work in your house. You feel like you have some good friends over doing a favor for you. They do AMAZING work and they have VERY competitive prices. I bought a restaurant and Steve was the first person I called. I had another bid just to make sure and be responsible. It turned out to be nothing more than a good laugh. Steve showed up on time for each meeting we had scheduled. He had more samples than we even had interest in looking at to choose. He took lots of time to make sure all questions were answered. His big came in lower than his competition. The competition rescheduled the first meeting last minute. Showed up late and talked on his phone for 20 mins before coming in to talk to us. There was far more examples of horrible customer service and his bid was higher than Steve's and discount floors. Call as many people as you'd like, get as many bids as you like... it won't bother Steve because you will be calling him back to take care of your flooring needs and you won't regret it! Sorry I didn't post this review sooner. I though I did back when I had my house done. Upon checking my previous reviews (I had planned on leaving a second with my commercial experience) I realized I never left a review for the first job he did. In closing Discount floors is the best flooring contractor out there. I own 7 rental homes and a restaurant. I have dealt with many flooring contractors. I assure you Steve is the best you are going to find!!!

Sales and installation went smoothly considering the size of this job. Bruce, the salesperson was upfront and helpful, Eric the laminate installer was meticulous.

I had three flooring companies give me a bid on replacing my first level flooring (approx 1150 square feet). Discount Flooring wasn't the cheapest of the three bids, but I liked Bruce (one of the owners) and his attention to what I wanted. We had travertine (in foyer), carpet and ceramic tile replaced with wood-like porcelian tile and also replaced a (11X14) carpet insert. Bruce said the job would take 5 days, maybe 6 if there are any delays of any kind. Day 1 started off slow, demolition took a little longer than expected (almost 2 full days) and then when it was time to start laying the tile, a couple guys got sick, so they didn't have a full crew on my job for a couple days. I was worried it would not get done, but Bruce said it would get done. They brought in extra help on Friday and worked all day Saturday and Sunday to finish up. Bruce wanted to make sure they didn't rush as quality work was important. My floors were also not even, so it took them a little longer to lay the tile in some places as they had to build up the base. On a side note, it was not easy living in the house while the construction was going on, it's VERY dusty and we didn't have our kitchen for almost a week, but in the end it was worth it. The floors look great!! I plan to have Bruce replace all our second floor carpeting as well.

It was great. Steve came to our house with samples of flooring and lots of expertise about what would work best for us. The crew came on time each day, worked long hours and finished the job on time. It's stunning and we're thrilled. They took extra time in cleanup so, although there was some grout residue on the tile that we'll need to mop, it was minimal and much less than expected.

Overall it was a very positive experience. Steve and company installed tile flooring throughout our second floor, tile tub/shower surrounds and granite countertops in our bathrooms. Discount Floors also provided me with names of plumbers, handymen and other trades to help in the remodeling of our (3) bathrooms. We met with Steve a couple of times before the project started to pick out the materials. We were very impressed with him and his dad; they make a great team. Steve was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the project. There were some delays that at the time seemed much worse than they really were. However, after all was said and done, Steve and company did a good job at a fair price. I would definitely use Discount Floors again.

There are no details since no service was provided. I used a another carpet company. They were great. I don' know why Discount Floors did not call back.

Installed new carpet in three bedrooms

Simply Excellent. Bruce gave us an estimate to replace 700+ feet of carpet with 20" tile on a Thursday. Before the following Thursday, the tile was installed, the furniture replaced and the room was in use...two days ahead of the estimated date for the completion of the job. The cost estimate was well within our expected amount to spend and the bill we paid was exactly the amount we had agreed upon with Bruce's estimate. There were no 'hidden' final charges on the bill. The tile and grout samples Bruce brought were exactly what we were looking for and his advice was sound and welcomed. We had five different room transitions with the new tile; carpet, wood, Italian tile and two rooms with different sizes of older tile. We were able to have each room's transition of the new tile without a threshold. Each transition complimented each room and there were no 'toe catcher' changes in the elevation of the floor from room to room. The workers were polite, kept us totally aware of the steps they were doing as the work was being done and their tile layout was exceptionally exact. This is a first for me, a 5 star rating for a contractor.

Very smooth from sales to installation. Knowledgeable owner to help with carpet choice and professional installation staff arrived on time and did project very quickly with no issues.

Bruce came to our home, as promised at the exact time we were expecting him. He brought in flooring samples and gave us all of the pros and cons regarding what products are on the market and what would best suit our needs. We felt instantly that we were in good hands and there was no high pressure to sell us anything! He then measured rooms, scheduled dates and very kindly explained how long the project would take. While he was with us, we also asked about carpet for the family room. He showed us a beautiful sample and we enthusiastically decided to re-carpet the family room. Everything went so smoothly!!!!! LOVE our choices and the good, hard honest work. I will use Discount Flooring for all of my rental properties and highly recommend them! Thank YOU Bruce!!

The project took 1 and one-half days and was performed by a crew of 3. It was approx. 322 sq feet. The crew was excellent. Very professional and experienced. We did all the moving of furniture, so that may have reduced the cost. It was a smaller job, but was treated like it was a normal job. "No job too small". Really pleased with the work as old carpet had to be removed first. Tile looks like wood but will last much longer. Contract was under another name but person is a member of household.

They did a great job. There were a lot of cuts and an odd angle to make between the foyer and the living room area that would ultimately be carpeted. They were professional, arrived on time, cleaned up, etc.

Steve made the trek out to gold canyon to give us an estimate for new carpet in our recently-purchased home. The price he quoted us was very reasonable. He then went over different kinds of carpeting and answered all of the questions we had. He knew we wanted to take a couple of days to make sure this is what we wanted to do and he did not pressure us in any way. After meeting him at a restaurant to sign the work contract, we scheduled delivery and installation. The guys who came did a great job both days that they were here - it was a big job - did a really good job. Steve came and brought pizza for them (and my husband) the first day. At the end of the job, the guys left a carpet remnants and didn't put some of the furniture back in place but we would not hesitate to call them when we need any more flooring jobs. USE THEM WITH CONFIDENCE. Steve was clearly proud of his company and he should be.

This company was on-time and very helpful in trying to select carpet! I felt their customer service was excellent, from calling to schedule an appointment all the way to the end when I explained I couldn't use them. I was dealing with our HOA contractor and he refused to let me use anyone other then his carpet installer, thus I was unable to use Scottsdale discount floors. To me, having a company still being helpful and pleasant, even when they realize they aren't going to make any money off you, speaks volumes! I will be referring this company to all my family and friends.

I could not have been happier with Steve Campbell and Discount Flooring. From the first meeting with Steve he was respectful of my ideas and based on my preferences he recommended the perfect tile, grout and carpet combination. I chose install 20" ceramic tile throughout the main area of the house and re carpet the bedrooms. The installation crew that Steve hired did an excellent job from the tear out throughout the installation. Steve was able to accommodate my schedule and complete the work in stages which was a great help to me. The craftsmanship and eye to detail of the installation crew was second to none, every time I walk across my new floors I am amazed at how good they look.

They came out immediately for a quote. They quote was very competitive in price. They were nice to deal with, and brought carpet samples out to the house. They informed us that the master bedroom carpet was not stock, and that it might take some time to order it in. We were prepared for that and we have really enjoyed them.
