Description of Work: Sold carpet by educating us as consumers about the various details such as fiber content, ie. Smartstrand, nylon, etc. and how they perform.

Description of Work: The call was returned the next day the sales man came out to the house in two days, as requested. They had the carpet in stock and set up the installation. My brother fell painting the room for the carpet and I had to cancel two more appointments---they were VERY accommodating. And when my brother got better, they came out within two days. They put in the carpet, quickly, and expertly; cleaning up very well. |I have recommended them to all my friends.

Description of Work: Discount Floors installed 1000square ft of wood plank tile in our home. We love it and are so pleased with every aspect of the process. It cost exactly what Bruce quoted us and it was done in the 5 days that he expected and we planned for. Bruce answered every one of our questions with honesty and patience. Description of Work: They put in new carpet in our bedrooms. They had given a quote over a year ago which they honored when I recently called them, even though the cost of the carpet had gone up. The carpet that was selected was everything they said in quality. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I didnt actually have the work performed so I cant comment on quality but the guy who owns the business came out immediately and did a great in home estimate for free. He brought a lot of great carpet and tile samples with him and gave me an estimate cost on site. I changed my mind about a remodel to my house and just rented it out again but when I finnaly do the floors I will be choosing discount floors.

Description of Work: Whole house flooring, tile in laundry, bathrooms, kitchen and family room carpet everywhere else. Bruce and David came out to house with samples, I was able to set them in several rooms to choose the best that complimented the natural wood in the house. I felt the price for quality of material was very reasonable. Installers showed up when scheduled; were polite and knowledgeable. Tile installers worked full 10hr days to get old linoleum removed and all new tile installed in 3 days. Carpet installers just as professional and done in one day. I was so happy with how the floors looked I had Discount Floors come back and update flooring in an addition off the main house. It all looks great, no problems, I would highly recommend Discount Floors.

Description of Work: We had carpet installed in our bedroom. There was a problem with the pad so I called and they came out and replaced the whole thing. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very professional. I gave my mom their number and she had them replace the carpet in her entire house. She also was very happy with their service.
