Description of Work: They were very prompt and thorough. This is the 1st time I had had this done and it was needed. price was a little high but I added dryer vent cleaning on top which made it go up $100. They did a great job on my coils on my air conditioner which was greatly needed.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment with Coit to have my family room and dinning room cleaned. I scheduled the appointment a weeka and a half in advance. They were a referral by a friend who uses them on a regular basis. I scheduled my appointment for the morning because I work nights. They called the day before my service was scheduled and moved me to an afternoon apt because of the area I live in. In my opinion that is not good business practice. I scheduled the apt in the morning for a reason. I have never used Coit before and I will never use them in the future. This is my opinion based on my experience with their scheduling department., and I can`t rate their service since I have not received any.

 + -1 moreI had asked them in advance to move furniture when they came out. I had scheduled two people to come out and when they came it was only one person and he refused to move the furniture. I canceled everything and didnt even have him clean the carpets because he wasnt prepared and he also was not prepared to clean the upholstery either. He only had a short amount of time allotted for my house. I was not happy with them at all.
Description of Work: They were supposed to clean nine rooms of carpet in our house. There were a few special stains that needed to be treated as well.
