COIT Cleaning & Restoration of Phoenix

In February 2021, we had our hardwood floors buffed and recoated before moving into our home. The result was good, but over time it became clear that our regular bi-monthly cleaning needed to be supplemented by a professional cleaning and restoration service. After obviously insufficient research, on May 9th, 2023, we retained COIT cleaning and restoration to complete this cleaning and restoration on an estimated 2,451 square feet of wood floor. After completing about one-third of the job it became clear that in certain areas the machine being used was removing the coating applied in February 2021 and the COIT operators suspended their cleaning activities. COIT did not charge for removing the coating and of course, blame was attributed to the contractor who completed the recoating in February 2021. Several days later our feedback was sought regarding our satisfaction with the COIT service provided. Obviously, this feedback was not entirely positive. On Sun, May 14, 2023, at 11:07 AM, we received an email from Carl Moore, Operations Manager of COIT asking for “a brief description of the situation” and “any pictures you may have.” This was provided on May 15th. After a month of silence, we followed up with Mr. Moore on June 15th. Mr Moore’s response was “It is clearly noted on the work order to proceed with a customer risk signed.” The disclaimer speaks for itself “No satisfaction is guaranteed.”

Very well. Everything was very professional, from making an appointment through delivery. The work itself was excellent -- made a dirty rug bright again. Office staff, person who came to evaluate the work, and delivery staff were all extremely professional, helpful and pleasant.

Miguel Nazario is a cleaning specialist and he did a great job on my tile floors and rugs. They were in really bad shape and look awesome now. Don’t try to clean those tiles yourself, have a pro handle it. They look brand new.

COIT did an outstanding job. We had three rooms of carpet cleaned one of which had some pet soiling. Work was completed in a little over an hour. Spots were removed to our satisfaction. Technician, Jim, had over 20 years experience with Coit

Corey Neal did an outstanding job. Our carpet is 20 yrs old and Corey made it look almost like new. We removed all moveable items but left large pieces of furniture, beds, etc. in place. As an example, in the study there is a plastic mat for the desk chair. The carpet under the mat always looks new. Corey did such a good job that the color of the surrounding carpet blends in with that under the mat.

I have used Coit for 15 years, and up until now I thought they were the best. Now I don't think I will ever use them again. I had one room carpet cleaned, and with the extra treatments the technician talked me into, it ended up costing more than my last whole house carpet cleaning. The first cleaning left the carpet with two huge spots instead of a few small spots, so I had to call and have them come out and re-clean. The second cleaning definitely improved it, but I had the inconvenience of an extra 12 hours of drying time. As if all that was not enough, there one of the deodorizers or treatments has a smell that won't go away. I can't stand scents of any kind, and it's given me migraines for 3 days now. With the doors and windows open, heater running, and all the fans in the house on to try to get rid of the odor, this will end up being the most expensive carpet cleaning ever.

I just got off the phone after calling this company for a quote on air duct cleaning. After going through a long script, the phone agent advised someone would need to come out to the house in order to provide a quote. I advised I was looking for a phone quote and wasn't interested in having someone come out, at which point the phone agent hung up on me. No goodbye, thanks for your interest, etc. Very rude - so glad I didn't pursue this company further.

Company representatives were prompt. I was expecting the service to be performed in home, which the valance cleaning was. When the drapes were returned, the representative seemed to expect me to rehang the drapes. I requested that he hang them up, which he did. The drapes were professionally cleaned and look very nice,

We use them about twice a year. They're responsive, come out on short notice. They are timely and professional.

They did a great job. They have one guy to come out to measure and the other guy to do the work. The quality was excellent.

They did an Excellent Job both times. Our Carpets have never looked and felt this clean and our tile floors look amazing !!!

Reasonable price on the duct work. Paid $100 just on the dryer vent (overpriced). The service technician came out and did his work. Upon completion of the work I went to get my checkbook in another room. When I returned I was shocked to find him sprawled out on my living room couch, complaining that his legs were aching. How dare he.

We hired COIT. They are very expensive.

Shawn from COIT made our old, white Berber carpet look brand new. He was professional & efficient. We will use COIT to clean & seal the time in our new home.

Left drying device over the holiday and picked it up on July 5th, the first work day after the holiday weekend.

What a difference the technician makes. I have had carpet cleaned before but never with such beautiful results.Mr Granillo obviously knows what he is doing and is knowledgeable with his delivery of service. I will definitely call Coit again and request this technician to my home.

Had my home carpets cleaned on 5/18/16 by Tyrone Winston. This was hands down my best carpet cleaning experience ever. Tyrone did an awesome job and kept me involved every step of the way ensuring my satisfaction. He was also able to remove some toner ink stains that had been sitting on the carpet for over a year. I have never used COIT in the past, but will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you Tyrone for your excellent service!

Though they didn't require it, we had removed everything loose from the floor and tucked up bedskirts and the like. We've had our carpet cleaned many times over the years we've lived here, and never have they been cleaned so effectively! They are white again! Angel was dressed professionally, explained everything to us before we committed, and did the cleaning efficiently and in the time estimated. We couldn't be happier! Now we have to keep it clean!

I am very pleased. I took the master bed down and out so the room was cleaned thoroughly. Everything looks and smells wonderful. I did not get the guard for the carpet because Baker Bros. told me if the carpet has a guard on it adding more will only attract dirt like a magnet. The job was worth every penny I paid. I only wish someone would invent a cleaner that goes under the bed.

COIT comes ready to clean after they give you an estimate. Their price was good plus I had a coupon from a neighbor who used them. They got to work immediately after giving the estimate and were finished in just over 2 hours. It should be noted that our carpet was just over a year old and the master is the only room with any real traffic, so the job was probably an easy one. Regardless, they were very professional and efficient and the carpet looks fresh. They also took the time to give estimates on possible future jobs as they offer multiple cleaning services.

they picked up cleaned the rugs and dropped them back off. I went to vacuum them before putting them in the bedroom. After picking up the rugs to place in the bedroom, there was residue (powder, dirt like substance) left behind on my wood floors. Needless to say I had to spend time cleaning my wood floors. I called and asked what happened, they mentioned it could be soap residual. They picked them up for a redo and they came back fine. They were very good about it. No questions asked, but for the hassle and the amount spent, I probably would not use them again.

I'd use them again. It would be nice if they also changed the filters, but they told me in advance that is not part of the service.
