It went great. Very professional. Good job. Nice person.

The price was reasonable. In my rental property, there had been a leak in the washing machine and it had discolored the carpet so I called them. Thy came and took care of it and assured my client that we don't need to go further in terms of like there was a mold. I was concern about it but they were more concerned.

The results were terrible. The carpet was badly streaked. When we complained, Coit sent someone who went over the carpet with something like a rake. Carpet still looked bad. Two months later, after repeated vacuuming, the carpet looks better, but it still doesn't feel as soft as it did before, and it may be permanently damaged. And forget about their "guaranty."

Showed up on time. Price was as advertised with Angie's List referral. Broght the drapes back on the promised date and rehung them. Absolutely no problems.

It went very good, they are wonderful.

The carpet was wet when they left, and it shouldn't have been.

I had used Coit before and been satisfied, so when we decided to get our fairly dirty area rug cleaned, I used the Coit Web site to schedule an appointment for pickup when it would be convenient for us, which was a few days later. I got confirmation from the Phoenix office the next day, and then a call the morning of the appointment. I had asked for morning, but there was a training, so I was told the representative would come between 1 and 3. He showed up at 1, gave a price that I was happy with, and took the rug away. He said they would have it ready for me in a week. He was very professional, and was willing to help with the furniture that needed to be moved back into place. A week later, we had a call in the early morning letting us know that the rug would be delivered between 1 and 3. At 1, it arrived with two delivery men. They put it in place, which involved moving several heavy furniture items. The rug looked wonderful! I was amazed at how clean they had been able to get it -- it looks like new! It had really been quite soiled in the traffic areas -- with dark ground-in dirt. I was very pleased with the promptness, the professionalism, and the courtesy by everyone involved at Coit. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the result.

Terrible result but can be fixed. All I would request is that COIT restore my home to the original condition before causing their damage.

I spent $298 on his services. I used him in South Carolina before this. He was kind of thorough and he was a pretty good guy. There's only one person and so he explained everything that was going to happen and everything. He did a pretty good job. I thought he was a little high in terms of price but I needed to have him clean my carpets. I didn't get any estimates from anybody else before I used him. The quality was good. I think I will use him again in the future.

They are very good. They did a great job. They are dependable. Their pricing is competitive.

I made an appointment for an estimate. I was told to expect a call from the technician. When I didn't hear from anyone on that day, I called again and had a second date set up. I never got a call on that date either.

SALES PERSON WAS OK AND TRIED TO BRING THE PRICE DOWN. ONE OF THE RUGS CAME BACK WITH THE SAME PILLING IT HAD BEFORE. I MIGHT USE THEM AGAIN FOR CLEANING AREA RUGS.

They showed up on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently. The area rug was picked up and delivered back to me a week later.

They come when they say they would come. They are very efficient and the quality of their work is excellent. They are not the cheapest company in town but they do quality work. I use them regularly. I get what I pay for. I would recommend them.

The couch is about 10 years old and has gotten hard wear because we have a pack of little dogs. One in particular had a habit of licking the seating area of the couch. He recently went to doggie heaven, and we decided to get the couch cleaned. The guy from Coit did as good a job as possible under the circumstances. A decade of licking is hard to overcome. My only problem was that he was supposed to show up between noon and 3 p.m. Did not get here until nearly 3:30 p.m. He did call about 2:45 to say he was running late.

We’ve used them twice. I thought that they were great. They were on time and professional. They did a good job, and everything was good with them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We highly recommend them. They are a company and service who are extremely fair in their pricing. Al was the salesperson and Ben and Alan were who came to do the work. I highly recommend this team, since I can speak for them since they were fantastic.

Came two weeks before to give estimate on carpets and upholstery cleaning and scotch guarding of carpets and furniture . At that time told us about air duct cleaning which also figured into the cost. Only problem was they refused to move any lamps as they did not want to be responsible for breakage. Also did move all furniture but had to specifically ask them to move bookcases which we had emptied ahead of time. Also, moved out small curio cabinet and liquior cabinet. Another company refused to move any furniture. This is one reason we chose Coit. Came two weeks later and cleaned ceramic floors in master bath, kitchen and front hallway. Did an excellent job on everything.

It went great and he was very friendly. While he was there he also gave me an estimate on cleaning out my heat ducts.

The carpets had not been cleaned in over 5 years and looked dirty from foot traffic. After the cleaning, they looked new again

They did a fine job. It was very acceptable. I liked the professionalism of the technician that came out. I also liked that he used corner guards to protect my walls.

The carpets looked good when they were finished, but the tile was a mess. The grout was worse when they were done and didn't get better in two days like they promised. The grout was a combination of dark dirty areas with white and gray spots. The original grout color is gone. I called and complained and asked them to come out again. On the day they were to come out for the second visit they showed up at noon when I had a 2:00PM appt. I was still at work so they left, then called at 5:00 PM and wanted to come out at 7:30PM the same day. One week later they came out on a Sat. and tried to make the grout look better. It still looks bad. I asked for my money back on the tile and they did send me a check, that is the reason I gave them a "C" overall otherwise I would have given them an "F". They were in a hurry both times they came out and I don't think they do very good work.

It was an extensive job. It was an accumulation of baby formula, pop, spilled coffee and apple juice over a six months time from my grand children. They did a beautiful job. I set my appointment online and they called me right away. A young man came and cleaned it and told me what I could do to help my carpet stay clean longer. When they left, the carpet looked better than anyone else had ever done. I had extra things done besides the carpet cleaning.

Their minimum charge is $100. The employee who cleaned my carpets was very helpful, cooperative and offered many suggestions. Since I had to pay the minimum charge, he stated that he would do an extra area which was not scheduled. In the past, I have used other companies. This company is not high pressure as they do not attempt to up sale. They offer me suggestions and options to better meet my desires.

They did a great job! I was surprised at how clean the carpet was after the cleaning. They waited until the drainage was fixed before they cleaned the carpet. I would call them again for carpet cleaning services.
