It's working just fine now. The quality and timeliness of the service was terrific, and I even have a one year warranty on the work and parts.

Kenny, the repairman from B & B Pools, was very professional. He came right on time as scheduled and took care of it. He discovered the part was originally installed incorrectly, so he redid the pipes the way they should be for the replacement parts. He also noticed the backwash valve was sticking and needed grease and new "O" rings. He fixed that and now everything works great. I am very pleased with the work and his professionalism.

Call the company and gave repair info and was told there was an opening the next day. Fred called in the evening to set time for repair the next day. Showed up at appointed time, determine problem, and repaired the problem. Great service, reasonable price, would use again and would recommend.

We came home from a week-long vacation to find a pool that had lost about 2 feet of water and a pump/motor that was sitting in an inch of water. Called B&B and they were able to come out the next day and called the night before to confirm, as they said they would. Rubo came right on time and was very knowledgeable and very handy, obviously very familiar with what to do. He was able to determine the reason we'd had air in the system for years and fixed it, and he found and fixed all leaks and any problems I was able to throw at him. He had to return to his store to get the correct part (as I said, our pool is OLD) and the part cost about $30 more than he'd thought it would. He explained some models, especially old ones, are more costly. I believed him. He was very efficient, nice, and willing to show me what he was doing so I could do it myself next time. So the next time I can't do it myself, I will call this company again. Seems like a nice, fair, reliable company.

I have been shopping at their store for 10 years. Throughout these years, I have purchased replacement parts, chemicals and a wide array of other products to make sure my pool is running correctly. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They want to make certain customer satisfaction is met.

Good-they cleaned the intake motor and fixed the problem.

Called B&B after seeing good reviews on Angie's List. Was told someone would call that evening to confirm appointment for the next day. No one called. Called back the next day mid-morning and was told the serviceman probably forgot to take the phone number home. Three hours later the serviceman Kenny called and said he was on his way asking for directions. He got here, took the motor off and left then came back within an hour and replaced the motor with a new one. There was no written quote provided so I didn't know what would cost until he finished. Motor was replaced and pool worked fine again. No mention of other problems that my husband pointed out (filter is leaking water) so they came and did the job requested but nothing else. Thought motor cost of $169.50 reasonable but $94 for labor is a bit steep. Did explain why he thought motor had died due to rain and debris under motor. He did a good job clearing the area.

They are excellent people, real friendly, and knowledgeable. You can also take a sample of pool water to there facility to have it tested.

Our spa motor was making a crazy loud noise so we called B&B pools and they came out on Friday, a day off for us. John stated he would rebuild the motor if possible and took it to the shop. A week later he brought it back and re-installed it no problems. Relatively quick and easy.

I've used B&B since buying this home nine years ago. They are professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and seem to save me money every time. They call to confirm appointments, arrive when they say and I've never had a problem with their work. The store has what I need at fair prices - often the best prices. There's no charge to test pool water, and their recommendations work. An excellent company.

THEY ARE AWESOME. CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT THE NIGHT BEFORE. SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME. PERFORMED THE WORK VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HAD ALL NEEDED EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND SUPPLIES ON HAND. THEN, CHARGED AT LEAST $100 LESS THAN THE SAME WORK PERFORMED BY ANOTHER COMPANY THREE YEARS AGO.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, REPLACING THE MINIMUM PARTS NECESSARY INSTEAD OF MAJOR MODULES. PROVIDED EXCELLENT HELP AND ADVICE ON SELF-REPAIR.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. THEY ARRIVE WHEN THEY SAY, ARE VERY FAIR WHEN PRICING THE REPAIRS AND WILL ALWAYS TRY TO SAVE YOU MONEY WHERE THEY CAN.

THE SPA WAS DRAINING INTO THE POOL. THEY COULDN'T FIND THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. I HAD TO HAVE THEM OUT THREE TIMES. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAD TO PAY A SERVICE CALL FEE EACH TIME.
