We were very happy with his attention to detail. The roof needed to be replaced which was a major expense. He found a few other minor things that needed repair. All in all he was very reasonabley priced and explained things well. We would recommend him to our friends.

Jason and Randy were very professional, nice and honest about what we really needed to know before signing the dotted line on that house. There were a couple major issues and they weren't afraid to let us know their professional opinion even while our realtor was there.

We had a challenging deadline on the offer which fell over the holidays. They were responsive to the challenge and provided an inspection and same day report.
