The mobile home home inspection went well. Jason was very thorough and professional. Cost was reasonable but did not include termite inspection. Additional contractors were recommended to evaluate sub flooring issues that were found. Although I am passing on the purchase of the mobile home, will reach out to Americana again.

He did a professional job and documented all of his findings in an organized and written Inspection report, including pictures of all the issues that he found. He is a down to earth guy and has intense knowledge of his job. I was very pleased and happy.
