Jason is fantastic. He's professional and efficient. He walked me through all of the major concerns in the home and provided answers to all my questions. I was able to make an informed decision on whether or not the home purchase was a good decision, based on all the repairs and upgrades that still needed to be made.

I liked the services they provided. They had great customer service. It was also less money than most, but they did not sacrifice quality. They answered any questions I had and let me know what I should get answers to from the homeowner. The service also included a termite inspection in the price. Very good deal.

He arrived on time, took his time, answered our questions and concerns and pointed out the issues that needed attention and those that were cosmetic.

Everything went well. I'd use them again. They offer free movie tickets or a starbucks card for a positive review on Angie's list, homeadvisor, or google. I think it's questionable ethics to buy reviews, so I always like to point it out. That's the only reason for the low grade on professionalism.

Americana was quick to accommodate our need for a home inspection (on July 3, nonetheless). 2 inspectors came out, so the inspection went relatively quickly but still was very thorough (down to tiny details that I couldn't have noticed). I found Americana through Angie's List so, even with the positive reviews, as a first-time home buyer I was skeptical of the process. Americana's prices are very competitive for the Phoenix area, but they don't sacrifice quality. I will 100% call them again if I need to have a home inspected.

They showed up on time as scheduled, completed the work in a timely yet not rushed timeframe to ensure thoroughness and best of all they got us a very professional report with pictures and all their findings the very next morning.
