Very well. Jason found that the "newer" AC unit the seller claimed was actually installed in 2004, hardly a "newer" unit. He also accurately assessed that several items were out of code and others have risk factors that necessitated attention. Very satisfied and will be addressing these issues with the seller. He had a special with $50 off the price or a termite inspection by third party for free, which I needed for closing. The inspection came with a 90 day warranty on termite and an offer to treat at a discount. Provided good synpopsis, recommendations and pictures within a few hours. Spent about 2 hours inspecting plus termite inspection done by third party. Also looked at roof which was not part of the inpspection on a condo as that is HOA responsibility, but was able to assess what HOA should be doing as well as seller.

The company did a very professional and prompt service.they were able to give us a copy of this inspection in a very timely manner do you make. The inspector was not only kind but was able to explain to us in detail of his findings. We would have no problem in the future either using him again or referring him to friends and family.
