I don't know how a customer can give us a c average when they were not even at the inspection. But then they put down that they would hire us again. This property has a HOA that covers the roof and exterior and we went above and beyond and still went on the roof and inspected it as well as the exterior making comments.

The inspection was conducted exactly as scheduled and I was provided with a detailed, easy-to-understand, inpspection report. Problem areas appeared in red type on the report, so they were easy to identify. The report included photos of the problem areas, which was very important to my wife and I because we could not attend the inspection. The inspector also briefed our Realtor so he could contact the seller to have the termite problem addressed by the condo management company. The invoicing and the report was all done electronically via e-mail, which was what I requested, and speeded up the process considerably. I would not hesitate to use this inspection service again, and will recommend to others.
Description of Work: Inspected 1,250 square foot ranch style condo for plumbing, electrical, appliances, structural, etc. and discovered evidence of a termite infestation.
