Went over the report with my realtor in my absence because I wasn't able to get off work in time. I am a repeat customer and say thank you for your continued inspection support.

Provider booked appointment on short notice and provided a thorough and professional inspection.

As mentioned, he squeezed us in last minute as we were in a time crunch. Love that. They also showed and finished when they said they would. I'm in the construction field, but even I learned a couple things I might have missed. They did a great, thorough job when we needed them to. I will definitely recommend them any time!

Very happy with the service provided. The scheduling was easy the costumer service was great all around. The inspector we had was Jason he was very thorough and very knowledgeable. The inspection report was given to us the very next day and it was very detailed as well and had lots of pictures as well. If this home does not work for our family we may need to have another inspection done soon so I will defiantly us them again!.

I was extremely pleased with the work that was performed. Jason inspected the entire home from top to bottom, inside and out, leaving nothing unchecked. All the while being polite and informative of the process as he went from room to room. When he was done he gave a summary and showed us the photos he had taken to let us know what he had found. He still had to write up the whole report which would be sent later in the day, but before we left he wanted us to at least have an idea of the issues that had come up. We were very appreciative of that and the time he took to keep us informed and feel at ease. After writing up the report, he sent it very promptly and it was extremely detailed. It came with both a summary of the issues found as well as a full report that went into specifics. We truly felt like no stone was unturned in the inspection of potentially our future home.

This was an excellent inspection. Everything was detailed in conversation with Jason. He explained all the notations he has made for preparing home for sale. He also showed us photos of locations we could not view. This was very helpful. He has also provided very detailed information and photos on his website so that we can access this information at any time. Can't say enough good things about the Americana Inspection Services. It went great, he was very friendly and straight up. He got us our report emailed within 10 minutes of leaving the home. He also had even moved around some insulation in the attic for us!

Home inspection went great. My Realtor and myself were able to provide exact details of items we wanted fixing by the seller. From the minor missing door handle to the guest sink that wouldn't drain I felt at ease knowing the Inspector did a great job and putting in the effort to find anything and everything. They where able to inspect the house within 2 days. We all now that when you are trying to purchase a home every day matters. Also I had used someone also before them and they charged me almost 50% more than Americana.
