Mark and the Zimmerman Electric team did a great job and I plan to hire them again to install some can-lights in two other rooms.

Mark was absolutely a dream to work with. He was right on time both days, knows his stuff, and works as hard as anyone we've seen. In fact, he blew us away with how efficient he was. We had quite a list and he just mowed through the list in no time. We were very impressed and we'd hire him in a heartbeat anytime we need any electrical work done. In fact, I've been going around the house thinking, "what else should we have him do?"And we've come up with some additional work! You will not be disappointed.

Mark was very responsive when I called him. He came over the same day and we discussed what I wanted to do. We set the time and date for him to do the work and he was spot on time and did an outstanding job! A lot of the work was outside in the 105 deg. heat and he never complained. I was impressed that he didn't take any outside calls that would have stopped his work on my project. I've had contractors that show up without the correct parts and have to leave to chase parts or whatever, Mark had everything he needed and was very professional and courteous. If I'm in need of an electrician again he will be my first call! Very satisfied with quality of work and price.

They're service was fine, the guy went right to it and finished everything he was supposed to do.

The distance between the old electrical box and the new one was about 6 feet. Mark had to "fish" the line through to each hole. Insulation and studs were in the way making it difficult. Mark stuck with it and didn't give up... finally the line was through the new box. The ceiling that he removed the old fan and installed new was18' vaulted. There were some black marks on the ceiling that was from the installation, Mark used a sponge to remove them. I really appreciated that. He was running late from his previous job that day and was about 15 minutes late but called to let me know. Mark did a great job on both projects. We plan on hiring him for a much bigger project later this year.

It went well. He went above and beyond to help us out. He did such a wonderful job, such a nice man. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area. Such a pleasant experience.

VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE REPLIED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY TO MY CALL AND CAME THE NEXT DAY. HE CALLED TO ASK IF HE COULD COME BY EARLIER, AND THAT WORKED OUT WELL. HE DID A GOOD JOB AND CLEANED UP THE FEW THINGS FROM THE FLOOR. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE ZIMMERMAN ELECTRIC AGAIN.

Overall I was very pleased with Zimmerman Electric. The work completed was done efficiently and I felt very comfortable about their honesty. I was less satisfied with the early communication. When initial appt was made, my understanding was the work would be completed, however, only an hour of work was dedicated and the rest had to be scheduled at a later date. The exterior lights were installed but not tested. Leading to a return evaluation and a 2nd service charge.

First let me state that previous reviews said Mark was creepy. I don't know what formula they used for creepy, but Mark is far from creepy. Mark came to my house and I told him what was needed. He surveyed the job and gave me a rough estimate of the work that would need to be performed. He had questions for the contractor that is going to install our pergola which he was able to accommodate and made some good suggestions, which the contractor agreed with. He showed early on the day of work and got right to work. I had a concern about conduit running everywhere, which he understood and all installations were run through the attic. What I thought would take about 5+ hours, Mark had completed within about 3 hours. Mark was very professional, performed all work professionally and cleaned up after he was completed. The cost was considerably less than expected and I would certainly hire him again.

Did quailty work in a timely fashion; only four hours to do all. Very pleased with results and would definitely hire again and recommend to my friends.

I read almost all the reviews on Zimmerman Electric before I decided to call him for a consultation. One review in particular stood out to me. It was a short and sweet review that said, she was not comfortable with him in her home, he (Mark) was kindof creepy...I decided to call him anyway, because of all the other GOOD reviews.... Who ever that woman was who wrote that review was spot on!!! HE IS creepy. He walked in looking around like he was casing the place and spoke in a strange way....Not sure what that was all about, but we decided to not go with him for our electrical work. Not just because he came off as strange, we found another company we felt more comfortable with and seemed more professional.

Mark was very responsive fairly priced. Quickly returns all calls and was able to provide an estimate the same day I contacted him. His crew buried a new circuit line for us. They showed up right on time and work was very professional. I would use Mark again and highly recommend him.

Mark showed up at the appointed time and got right to work. The entire electrical box had to be removed from the side of the house in order to fix the riser pipe. We had a problem finding the correct breakers, and after looking in Home Depot, Lowes, and Ace, Mark persevered and finally found them. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any electrical work done. This was a job well done!

I was relocating to the Goodyear, Az., area from California. I called while I was still in California and made the appointment for the first day I arrived in my new home in Arizona. They called me the night before to confirm the appointment and showed up exactly on time the next morning. As it happened, my moving van arrived early and was unloading furniture at the same time. Brian took care of business and completed my wish list even while dodging the moving men. Very pleasant and accomodating. I would definitely use them again.

I called the provider in order to correct a problem with the outside porch lights flickering on and off. The provider was able to accommodate my strange schedule and meet when it was convenient for me. He called me within the time frame that he gave me on the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and polite when he arrived. He thoroughly explained the problem to me in way that myself, as a non-electrician, could understand. He also carefully answered the other questions I had that I thought might be more electrical problems. I would definitely use this provider again!
