As you can see in the paragraph below they were great. I can't say enough great things about this company. We need more like them.

Excellent overall. Left phone message, was returned same day & service provided the next day. Arrived exactly on time. Provided estimate before working. Needed duct coupling (which Electrician had on hand) to exhaust fan as old one did not fit new fan. Very happy w/ all aspects! Will look to hire again.

While I requested both a relocation and an install the bid price I accepted did not include the new install and I needed to pay an additional cost. I believe this was a human error and do not hold a negative opinion. The electrician was exceptionally professional, I felt he put extra personal effort into his work and wanted me to be satisfied. I would definitely rehire based on the electrician's performance and demeanor.

I needed a job done fast for the sale of a house. Zimmerman electric was very prompt and professional. Had someone out the next day to perform the work. Very satisfied and would highly recommend if you need a quality electrician.

The gentleman that came out was very prompt and did a GREAT job! I really felt sorry for him having to go into the attic with over 100 degree temperature outside. Non the less he was very friendly and never complained.IAlso his fees were very resonate compared to other estimates I got. I highly recommend this company.

Everyone was very professional and did a great job. Everything is working great and it has been a few months since the work was done. They are one of the best electrical companies. I will use them again in the future for any of my electrical work.

I contacted Zimmerman Electric through Angies List. I was told they would come today between 2-4pm. They did not show up. I left voice mails, texts and email's throughout the day with Zimmerman asking for confirmation. No one returned calls. I waited all day and took off work to be here. My time was completely wasted.

Shawn and the other guy (Hawaiian guy) did a great job and were in and out in an hour. He explained everything about how the fan worked and was very polite and courteous. I will definitely call Zimmerman Electric for any future electrician needs!

The electrician worked quickly and efficiently to install 3 hanging and one ceiling mount lights. He measured to verify the finished height of the 3 hanging lights

Good. There was an issue about coming on the original schedule day and time but they resolved it for me and came that day. They were in and out in under an hour. Looked good!

Shawn did an excellent job. He is very easy to work with, detailed and does the job right. He left the job site completely cleaned up and the installation is perfect. Zimmerman's prices were reasonable, unlike the other places we have used in the past. My only issue was punctuality. For the second job, he didn't show up at the scheduled time, he was notably late. However, everything worked out fine. It seems like this is a very small operation and I am willing to put up with a little punctuality problems for reasonable prices and good work. I would hire them again without question.

Shawn was polite, professional and helped with the layout of the lighting. He cleaned up after the job and tested everything out! Outstanding job, would highly recommend and i will use these guys again

I called Zimmerman Electric at 3:15 pm & he said it would be about a half hour....Mark showed up at 3:40! I explained the problem and he started at one of the outlets and it was the problem....solved in 5 minutes!!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much for the quick response and solving my problem!

Titan and his assistant, Kevin, went over the wiring, answered all of our questions and deemed that everything was in proper working order. They are very knowledgeable about electrical issues. Both men were very courteous and helpful. We would definitely contact this company again to have any electrical work done.

We are very happy with the work Zimmerman Electric did in our home. They worked professionally and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They did not go over the estimate even though they ran into a couple of problems that needed troubleshooting. Thanks Zimmerman Electric!

The electrician was professional and respected of my OCD and his abilities were nice by removing his shoes, making sure the environment clean, and showed me how everything was installed

My main problem is with communication. I really wanted to be there when he did the work, because I had questions about the prices for the parts. Because I did get some quotes on line, but I know there is always a mark up. Folks need to make a living, I get that. I also knew he had to travel far, but I knew because of the time day it would not take long, because I drive from that area twice a week. I came back 15mins to my house prior to the set appointment time which was 2pm. Looked at the breaker box it looked the same to me, could not see any obvious difference. So I waited till 3:15, then 4pm. So I called him, find out that he came around noon did the work, left a bill, and a part outside the front door( which we never use - family comes in thru the garage door). So I did not get to meet or talk to the guy and or see the work done, (I am old fashion that way and gone thru too many bad car repairs). so It is hard to trust the work and the cost of the job, which was a higher quote than the other company, that was too booked up to come. He never called me to tell me that he was going to come early or to tell me that he had finished the job, so I was still waiting for him. So not sure if I can trust him. I do have all of the electric working now, when I called him, I did check at that time. The original problem was that half of the house had power, unfortunately it was the area where the major appliances located ex.: heater, water heater etc. And sometimes things would come back for a short periods. So that is why I had know idea he had been here and left. My big mistake was not calling more companies, I only called three, and out of the three, he was the only one who could come this week. His price was higher (500 to 800) but I figured it was the distance and I was worried about have no heat in the house for a long period. (4 days had past) Don't know if I will use him again? Hard to trust at this point. We still have some unrelated electric work to be done, I was going to ask him about, didn't get the chance, I am going to wait and try the local smaller companies that are near our home. Besides Angie's list, a friend had recommended this company. So only time will tell the ending to my story.

Justin was a pleasure to work with & was quite fast at getting the job done. Also added a couple of items that weren't originally planned with no problem.

After they took the affected part to repair over a weekend, they did not return on Monday as promised and I had to call them to find out they would return on Tuesday. He replaced the fixture and within 10 minutes it started again. I called immediately and it took 2 days to receive a return call. The owner said he know what the problem was and would order a new part, which is what should have been done in the first place rather than to try to repair the part. 10 days later they returned and reinstalled the part and it has worked ever since, but it was poor communication and their attempt to take a short cut that resulted in the delay.
