Great--prompt, speedy and courteous. Technically very proficient.

We had two different electricians show up on two different days - the first day the outside of our house was also being painted so I was "sealed inside" the house by the painters coverings. The electrician that showed up the first day - I never met him since I could not physically get out of the house - communicated by phone and removed the fixtures as requested. When the painting was finished & coverings removed, I could see that the fixtures were properly removed. There was an issue getting the electrician out the next day (Friday) to install the new lighting fixtures due to his vehicle breaking down. The electrician that was supposed to come, his replacement & the owner of the company all called to let me know what had happened. They arranged to have the replacement electrician (Titan) come on Saturday to finish up. I understand things happen and I was pretty impressed that the company came out on a day they don't normally work to finish the work. I was very much impressed by Titan's knowledge & skill and he gave my wife & I some good ideas on future electrical work we are planning to do. Everything was done quickly, correctly and at a reasonable cost. I definitely recommend Zimmerman Electric for any electrical work that needs to be done the right way.

Zimmerman Electric is an excellent Northwest Valley resource for all electrical needs. We bought the special on Angie's List, and figured that we would also need additional time for the work that needed to be done. Titan arrived at our house on time, and was an experienced electrician who had prior knowledge of installing 'smart' fans such as the Haiku. I was very impressed with his demeanor, and knowledge about our fans. In addition, he was very well versed in setting up service in a new construction home. Titan removed the initial fan, drove to the new location, re-installed it (and also checked all electrical connections to ensure the unit was working right), and then proceeded to install the new fans throughout the house. Excellent work, and they looked / worked great after installation. Titan also helped us to design a work plan for the removal of our canned cfl lighting in the kitchen, great room and dining room. He talked with us about fixtures, lighting and switches, and was highly knowledgeable. We will continue to do more research on our choices with this project, and look forward to hiring Zimmerman Electric and Titan to do the projected work. This is an excellent provider of service, and I was highly impressed. I will definitely recommend them, and will be sure to use them again as our new home project planning evolves.

Mark is all business, so don't expect a lot of chatting. That was fine with me since sometimes those too friendly types are covering up a lack of experience. Mark knows his business, answered any questions I had, and got right to work. It's been several weeks and nothing bad to report. I finally stopped to write this review. I definitely recommend this business.

The installers, Titan & Shawn, showed up on time. They were courteous and helpful. We had a general plan of how we wanted the lights in the ceiling as we proceeded we ran into some problems due to to roof joist locations. They explained the problem and offered several solutions. The issues were resolved to our satisfaction and direction. We couldn't be happier with the finished project. We would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a good job at a fair price. We picked them from the reviews on Angie's List.

Showed up as scheduled and did all work quickly at a reasonable cost.

Zimmerman electric arrived a few minutes prior to scheduled time, proceeded to do the work in a professional manner, cleaned up and left. They did a wonderful job at a reasonable cost. Would definitely hire again.

I called them for an estimate to replace a motor in the attic. Someone came out the first time 2 hours late and they had to use my own ladder because he didn't bring one to go up to the attic. He had to order the part and he called a week later once the part came in to schedule a time to come. He told us he would be there Saturday at 8am. He never came. We called after waiting an hour and a half and was told he would be there in a couple of minutes because he was right "around the corner". Another hour went by and still no one has showed up. I called and noboby answered. I left a message to have them call me and no returned call. Finally after 3 hours of waiting someone showed up. The person who showed up said Mike was supposed to come at 8 but for some reason couldn't so this other worker had to come instead on his day off. This company is unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. A company that is unreliable and dodges calls is one that should not be in business.? The only positive thing I have to say is that the man that came to do the job finally (Titan) was very efficient and quick.

It went well. He installed 4 ceiling fans and fixed a garbage disposal in 2 hours!

Mark was at the house to give us a quote within a few hours of us contacting him. He explained what needed to be done and gave us the quote. The work was scheduled for the following week. Titan and Steve arrived on time and the job took about a good part of the day. For the master bedroom and laundry room fans they needed to access the attic, as they needed to be wired before installation. They both were friendly, professional and worked very neatly. Very pleased and would recommend and hire again.

This is the 3rd time I've used Zimmerman and I can't ask for anything better..........always on time and knowledgeable, friendly and trusting............honest person........nice dude.

Mike responded immediately to my request for service, booked appointment for the very next afternoon. He took care of getting rid of the unsightly leftover cable and wires, disconnected and cut the cable, all very quickly, professionally and efficiently. Would most definitely call him again for any electrical problems.

He arrived on time and was very professional left no mess and completed on time. He even gave me a quote for a possible future kitchen project.

I contacted Mark and he responded promptly the next day to give me a quote. He was able to get me scheduled for the following Saturday. The crew was a little late, but where I am located people get lost 1/2 the time anyways trying to find my house. They started promptly and worked until the job was completed. I think one important thing to note is they were training an apprentice so they moved a little slower so he could. I fortunately didn't get charged for the extra hour but have to be patient cause everyone needs a chance to learn their craft. The sheet rock repairer was on time to repair the damage and did a good job. Blended and textured the patio ceiling to match the existing very nicely. As far as Mark being creepy, I did not find that at all. Typically when you're telling someone what you want to do, they'll start searching around to see how they're going to try complete what you're asking them to do.

My mother's dining room chandelier had been swagged to a ceiling hook. The hook broke suddenly and the chandelier dropped from the ceiling, loosening the electrical wires. The young man who came out was very personable and professional. He re-installed the chandelier for my mom. It works great, and looks good too. I will definitely call Mark Zimmerman Electric the next time we need work done.

They came out tested the wires and unbeknowst to us (hahaha) the lights required a special bulb. We felt quite silly. But Zimmerman was great.

Mark did an excellent job - On time-Neat- Cleaned up-Very professional. made several relevent recommendations. I would hire Mark again without hesitation.

Wired and installed switches for 5 ceiling fans and installed the fans where none existed also swapped out two existing fans to different locations. Also had a subcontractor patch and plaster all the holes made in the walls from installing wiring through the walls. Was easy to communicate with and showed up on time, and finished as promised. Left everything neat and clean. The only negative I have about the job is I would have preferred the master bathroom placement be centered in the room and it is not, otherwise there would have been an "A" in quality.

Full home electrical inspection at one of my rental properties. Service conducted between tenants. Technician was prompt and courteous. Written report was basic but acceptable. No surprises. Would use again.

They were quick thorough and prompt. And talked everything through with me before they did any work.

I lost power to part of my house and went to Angie's list to find a good reliable electrician. Called Mark Zimmerman and he responded as soon as he could. It was quite a mystery of where the short was but he was successful and fixed it all. He even answered questions I had about a timer that I'd never been able to find. He found it and programmed it for me. I will have Mark back whenever I need an electrician.
