Description of Work: I inherited a condo that needed many repairs. None of the plugs in the family room worked except one. Mark tracked down the problem to a bad plug in the kitchen, that, although it worked, was causing the rest of the plugs not to work. He also found and fixed problems with lights on the patio. Plus he told me what I needed to do to fix the water heater, a minor part replacement. All this just cost me just $75 for a service call. I was almost too scared to make the call because I thought it would be something major. Mark is a real pleasant guy, willing to answer all my questions, and was excellent at diagnosing the problem quickly. I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to friends.
