Gery's team called 25 mins out to let us know they were on the way. Plus Gery called 2 days before scheduled appointment to ensure the "move" was still on for that weekend. The team was very curtious & friendly, completed the work within 30 mins.Nice to know my daughter in AZ has a great plumber for future needs. Junior was prompt, courteous & professional. All the work was done exactly as I wanted. He cleaned up & disposed of all debris when he was done.

Something broke inside the faucet and it was flooding the yard, so the water had to be shut down to the whole house. We called in the late morning and got an appointment for 5-7 PM the same day. Juan was our technician and he arrived a little early. BK Plumbing had called to let us know when he was on his way. He was a real pleasure to work with, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. The man of the house asked for a little help with the garden hose and Juan helped him out. Juan was only here about 15-20 minutes and during that time gave us an estimate on some bathroom sink work. BK charges by the job, not by the hour. The estimate for our outdoor faucet was $140, but we had a coupon from Angie's List, which brought the price down to $68. We are very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again.

He was so thoughtful and polite. He advised I put my cats away before he started the work. He wanted to ensure my cats were safe while he was jack hammering.

My garbage disposal was cracked and literally fell off the sink. I called BK Plumbing who came out immediately and when they gave me the estimate, I was embarrassed because there was no way I could afford that at the time. The plumber called the owner who offered to do the work immediately and allow me to make manageable monthly payments with no additional charge for that convenience. I was so touched by the company's willingness to help a working single mom out. They did a great job too!

Worked out price over the phone, plumber appeared the next day when I called to have work done. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and made suggestions for improving the installation. Very satisfied.

He did not take much time with this and it was a little pricy. He did however do a good job and checked everything out.

It went very well. The technician asked all the right questions, checked all possible affected drains, unclogged the toilet then tested any drains to make sure no others were now clogged. The price may have been a bit high. However, this company is very professional, prompt, honest and ethical. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I found the same faucets online for 1/2 of what I paid. They had a new guy install the roman faucet plumbing and it still sticks. They placed the drain for the shower in an hour or so and charge $250 or so. Other than this one fellow that they later dismissed, the people were very nice, professional, etc. Very expensive.

We called our usual plumber the day after Thanksgiving - they were not open. I checked the List and found BK Plumbing. Gary answered the phone, and got someone out to me that day. The problem was that the shower valve had rusted and was not working properly. Jr. came out and replaced a piece of the valve, and fixed the problem. He told me I had a few months before the entire valve would need to be replaced. I was unhappy he made the repair without telling me that the whole thing would need to be replaced - which involved cutting in to the wall, and would not be cheap. The repair he made was also costly - and it was only temporary. I paid the bill. Not even 3 weeks later the valve failed. I called BK, and Gary answered again. He told me the repair was under warranty since it had not been 30 days. I was skeptical, but told him to send someone out. Jr. arrived right on time again. I told him the entire bathroom was going to be remodeled in January, but we could not have a constant stream of water flowing into the tub so something had to be done right now. He asked if he could cut into the existing shower, and I said yes. Jr. removed the valve and capped the lines to the shower. He said the remodel project could easily take it from there when they replaced the shower. There was no charge for this repair, just as Gary had promised. I am impressed by this company's professionalism and integrity. They are not cheap, but you DO get what you pay for.

BK was able to send someone out right away. The tech called me and explained that this was a duct work problem that would need to be taken care of by an A/C heating company. They didn't charge me anything for coming out. I was not there as its a rental house. They could have easily made up something to charge me for but they didn't.

Great response time (same day service) and arrived within time window provided when the appointment was made. Great work and very efficient! All went as advertised...

Team arrived on time, went to work on two parts of the job to minimize the time needed on site. Completed the job in a three hours and cleaned up after the job was complete. Very professional and all work was completed to my satisfaction.

I contacted the company Monday and Brian M. arrived the next morning.

Appointment was for 8:00 am. At 8:30 the plumber had not shown up and we received no call as to why. We called and canceled.

They were very punctual. There were about six of them that came out at different times. Each one had a different job. We were very happy with every aspect of the company.

Great, he fixed all the leaks and showed my why they were leaking. He also suggested that I get the handle replaced by getting it from the hardware store and showed me how to install it. He was quick, on time, and professional. The total did not go over the estimate.
