In 2020 I had a leaky toilet value that I needed replaced so I called The Plumber Guy, as I had them unclog my kitchen sink once. Carlin came out and talked me into 2 Brand new Complete Toilets. $1000 He said that it would save me money in the long run, so I said ok being a single woman knowing nothing about Toilets. Here I am 2 years later and my “Brand New Toilet” has a leaky valve. No problem right…Because my Brand New Toilet has a “5 Year Warranty” on it Right!?!?! WRONG!!! What the Plumber People Do Not Tell you is that they will give you the $15 Toilet Value Part BUT Charge you $99 for the 30 minutes that it will take them to install it! There are Good Honest, Trustworthy People out there unfortunately The Plumber Guys are Not them. I Told Carlin to kindly leave please.

The problem was found by the Ernesto and quickly had a team out the next day to replace sewer and water line. we had all utilities marked already as we were having new plants put in for Christmas. The cost was fair and we are happy with the way the job was done, Very perfessional!

We used a coupon and refused to pay charged cost for the work done as cheaply and quickly as could be done. We called the business office and they took off 75.00.

Could not afford the price to replace the shut off valve.

We were advised by Carlin, that after checking his sources, our tank was over 14 years old and needed replacing. We got a second option, this man actually called the manufacturer. This tank was only 6 years old and still under warranty. The only thing that needed replacing was the flex tubing, for a savings of over $1300.00. Not good service.

Excellent! Julio explained everything that he needed to do to repair/replace my plumbing needs, along with the cost. He was very professional and courteous. I appreciated that he wore covers on his shoes and he cleaned the areas that he worked on thoroughly.

Julio responded within 30 minutes and was very courteous. He was very knowledgable and went out of his way to make certain we were satisfied with the repairs and even explained the outdoor pressure regulator to us. It is very nice to see someone like Julio take pride in their workmanship. Would definitely use this company again!

Bad after three services calls and paying $49.95 plus $130 they wanted $150 taking off the toilet and $700 quote for new toilet. I want the $49.95 back I paid on Angie's list.

Turned out a new faucet was needed. I selected the faucet of my choosing and BK Plumbing returned to installed it (separate charge for this work, but the Angie's deal was credited toward this additional work). Arrived on time, was professional and did a wonderful job replacing the faucet. Also replaced all the valves under my sink which weren't working very well I discovered. Would definitely hire again.

I am extremely happy with the professional, punctual, courteous service I received. The job was done for exactly the Angie List Price and the work was in my opinion exceptional. Definitely will use again. Thank you for the great service.

This company is also known as "The Plumber Guy." I bought the "deal" for $49.95 which was for a service call and $49.95 toward repairs. This "deal" is a RIPOFF! Other plumbers I contacted would charge $170-180 for this job which really only requires a $12 parts kit and about 20-30 minutes to install maximum. The quote I received was for $219 - the 49.95 credit which, SURPRISE! arrives at the $170 figure that most other plumbers charge. The "deal" is a complete waste of money, call another plumber with more reasonable rates. To be fair, they were very professional and appeared to be very competent, but you can find good plumbers for MUCH less. I declined the services as I'm not going to give these guys any more money.

It went great, had it done in no time.

The plumber gave me a quick and very accurate estimate,along with the names of three bathtub repair services for the tub.He changed out the cartridge in the faucet very quickly.Junior was very friendly,efficient and helpful.I will definetely use them again.They told me what time they would get here,and they came right when they said they would.

My drain clogged up and I had stuff coming out of my toilets and my bathtubs. I called BK Plumbing and stated I needed someone out as soon as possible. The gentlemen on the other end of the line was very professional. He stated there was no one available until around 11am. It was 7:20 around the time of my call. He set up the time for me. He said maybe someone will become available sooner, and if so he would let me know. He called me back in less than 10 minutes to let me know someone was on the way and would be there in about 20 minutes. Adolfo "Junior" arrived at my house about 20 minutes later and went straight to work. By 8:26 give or take Junior was out the door. The problem was fixed. This is the best experience i have ever had with a contractor. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs. A very professional and customer oriented business.

I called and inquired about the price for service on blocked drains, told him what had happened and he asked me if I had tried plungers, etc. I said, "Yes, two, one on each side of the sink simultaneously, to no avail as well as having put ice cubes in the garbage disposal and running it." He then said it would probably require having someone come out. He could have someone at noon at my house and I told him I had an appointment at 11am and he then checked his schedule and tole me he might have someone who could come at 9am. He called me back to let me know that he could have a person here at 9am and that the person would call before his arrival to let me know he was en route. That played out exactly as he said it would. A young man, Ignacio, came and advised me of pricing and told me of other offers that I might be interested in and, he said most likely he would have to use the electric snake to clear the problem in my drain ...this after he had cautioned me about my "old pipes" potential issues that might ensue. I agreed to have him perform the work and he was successful. He cleared the blockage [bless his heart and his snake] and had cleaned up very nicely after performing the work, This plumbin service was less expensive than another that I had called closer to my home. I was delighted with the response of Gerry and Ignacio whom he had sent to my home. He was very prompt, responsible and honest with me. What more could I have asked for? I have their number on my refrigerator in the event of any other "unexpected" plumbing issue that I might require service. I have to add that I had previously had a lumber who had hooked up my gas top and left me with a gas leak overnight [that was scary. That same plumber also has incorrectly installed piping on my new sink so that it leaks. That soul will never be called back.

The valves under my kitchen sink had frozen and before I could have a new dishwasher installed I needed to replace them. Call BK Plumbing and within 24 hours had a plumber at my home doing the work. Very timely and professional.

The owner who set up my appointment was professional and responsive as well as the tech sent to perform the work. I would definitely use BK Plumbing again.

It was fine. They gave us ideas on how to solve the problem we had so we ended up completing the project ourselves. There were no additional charges. It was good. It worked out fine. They gave some good suggestions on how to solve the plumbing problem we had. The bad part was if they had done it, it would have been an extremely expensive repair. We chose to do it ourselves instead. It turned out fine. They were quoting us $900 to do a repair and we're able to replace a part ourselves for $300. It was good quality. They showed up on time.
