Description of Work: Repaired toilet. Works good. Also, evaluated bathroom sink valve. Plumber said needed to replace. Called another plumber company and problem was fixed. This may been a problem of experience diagnosing problem. I saved about $200 getting a second opinion.

Description of Work: They put in a faucet and changed a shower head. They did a wonderful, great job. Jeremy came out and found a part that I was missing and put it for me. He was well informed and showed me everything he was doing. He educated me on what he was doing.

Description of Work: The serviceman was very rude and was not helpful when asked questions. After tearing apartment the bathroom he told me that there was other major work that had to be done and that he could then do it if I wanted. I had asked if I could get a few other quotes on the job to be sure, as the work that needed to be done seemed very excessive. Once I let him know that, he left my house and never put back together all of the parts that he disassembled in order to assess the problem, stating that he "couldn't put them back on." I had to call in another serviceman to come in and put back together what he had done. He was very unprofessional, showed up late to the job, and left an unfinished job when he left. I would never use or recommend this company EVER again!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for plumbing services for BK Plumbing & Bath LLC to unclog the bath tub drain. They were prompt in setting up the appointment at which time they were informed of the problem with the clogged bath tub drain. The technician came at the approximate time we agreed on. However, the technician said he could not unclog the drain because they are not equipped with the proper tools; he said their cable is not long enough and the drain pipe is too small. I feel that they did not complete the service called for. He referred another company who could help solve the problem. Thank you.
