Description of Work: They were very professional, moved quickly,and had suggestions for the repair. It was 3 different faucets leaking. Could have cost more if they had tried to talk us into new faucets!

Description of Work: I wanted to replace my 17 year old water heater before the new regulations went into place and called BK. They answered the phone promptly, responded to all my questions and were able to advise on what a sensible replacement water heater should be. |The plumber showed up a bit early for the appointment and even helped me move a tool chest out of the way. Everything went as planned and priced, no surprises. He even put the tool chest back for me! |

Description of Work: Junior and his partner were great. We bought an introductory Angie's List coupon for $50 for $75 worth of plumbing services. They did not exceed the price of the coupon, and were able to fix our rather complex plumbing problem. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: He was a very pleasant man who spent maybe 15 min. cleaning out the faucet on my kitchen sink and then left. Would have loved to make that kind of money when I was working! They give you a list of all the reasons why they are so expensive, but these are usually considered part of doing business, and were still higher than what seemed reasonable.

Description of Work: I joined Angie's List after I noticed a leak in my ceiling under a garden tub. I phoned BK Plumbing. They were not able to come right away due to a holiday weekend but suggested a couple thing to do until my appointment. They arrived on time. Listened to all we had to say.Were very professional. Fixed the problem. I was extremely impressed! This company also does other bathroom related improvements. I plan on using them again. We had a great experience. I highly recommend them. Description of Work: The man who came from BK was very thorough and explained each thing he did. Some were very minor adjustments, which he explained carefully. The leaky bathroom faucet he fixed, without adding to the cost of the visit, because it was a fairly uncomplicated and quick fix. He also explained what we would need to do to "fix" our garbage disposal unit and gave us a quote for future reference. I did find one of the faucets he worked with wa a bit "wobbly" later, and when I called to discuss the disposal work, I mentioned that. They were very quick to say they would fix the faucet when they came out again, of course for no charge. |They were especially good at calling to confirm the appointment, etc. making sure we knew what to expect and when. A very pleasant situation over all.
