Stoddart's Lock and Safe

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well, however about a week or so later, my lock fell off my door but it got fixed. They did a good job overall. There was no extra cost. They were friendly, they were on time, and they completed the job timely.

It was fabulous! The individual that came out was very cordial, offered lots of helpful advice, and didn't try to upsell us. He also did quality work, and we were very satisfied with the end results.

It was very good. They were prompt. The only thing was they re-keyed a couple of locks and gave me four keys and only two of them work. But other than that they were very helpful. They were very friendly and very quick to follow up on the purchase of the deal.

He showed up right on time. Very polite and enjoyable to work with. He even changed out some locks that were loose for no extra charge. He also traded some of the face plates that matched our other locks better, all for no extra charge. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Terry scheduled the day after We called. Arrived right on schedule and performed service professionally, efficiently and effectively. He went the extra distance by helping us with padlocks for which we had no keys. These people are excellent at what they do and I would highly recommend them.

It went okay. I used the big deal within a few weeks after I purchased it. My husband dealt with the man who came out and I think that we paid a couple of other charges. I do not think that he had all the things that were needed at that time but his response was pretty quick. I was not there when he did the service so I am not sure about his punctuality. I would probably not use him again in the future because he did not have everything on hand that was needed but I guess he cannot anticipate everything that everyone needs.

It worked out fine. They came out within 24 or 48 hours. It was for re-keying all the locks and programming the garage door opener. Everything went perfect and it was the first time that we used them. The guy that came out was an off-duty firefighter and he's pretty decent guy so we were very pleased with that. We gave him a good tip.

I called these guys at the last minute, after I took advantage of a coupon offer on Angie's List. I had an urgent need to re-key my locks on that very day, and although it was short notice, they agreed to come out within a few hours of my call. The installer was not only prompt and professional, but he offered to help me resolve a problem with my back gate lock. In the end it would have required someone to do major work on the gate to accommodate the lock, but even then he tried to come up with a fix to keep me from getting locked out every time I went into the alley. Above and beyond the call of duty. I was very happy with this company and their people.

The service man arrived on time and performed his job efficiently and with professionalism. All of my house door locks and the garage doors and still working perfectly. He did a great job.

The contractor was on time, professional and polite. He even did some little things that were not part of the deal. I would and will definitely use this contractor again.

He did some very useful stuff, including making a key for an old piece of furniture (the key had broken more than 20 years ago!). He also made duplicates of a mailbox key, again very useful and hard to get. Re-programmed remotes to the garage door. Very nice, super punctual and easy.

The service was amazing. He called right before coming, asked some questions, and got to work! He even made us spare keys for our mailbox for free! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Changed the locks on all my outside doors. Made me new keys. He checked all the locks with the new keys to make sure they operated like they were suppose to. He then re coded the garage door opener and recoded the wireless openers. He showed up at the agreed upon time and did just what he was suppose to do. Good service and good attitude about what he was suppose to do. I would use him for all my lock and safe problems. Darv, a very satisfied customer.

The locksmith was super nice and very professional. He took care of all the handles and deadbolts, gave advice on better securing the house, and any additional safety precautions. I would highly recommend this service.
