They actually upgraded the locks on my home to make them more secure. They were very professional and got everything done very quickly! They even did an additional change for me by adding in a lock on a closet. And, his prices were very reasonable!

I actually had some issues with purchasing through the Angie's List interface, but Stoddard immediately responded even though they didn't initially receive immediate notice from Angie's List. There service was exceptional, and the owner fit me into the schedule the same day after we discovered the scheduling issue.

It went very well. Setting up an appointment was easy. I purchased the deal to change the locks for $109. All the locks were changed on the house. They were highly professional. They arirved on time and worked quickly. He even helped adjust two of my door handles so it would close better. I would highly recommend this company!

They had to clean up the work that a previous company had done, and they did a phenomenal job! They should have charged us close to $600, but fixed everything for only $150. I have contracted them to do more work soon as well!

Called Stoddart's Lock & Safe on 12/22 and left message. Within an hour the owner (Scott) returned my call. He advised he would call me the next morning to set up an appointment to come over that day. As promised Scott called me promptly the next morning. He gave me a quote range from $45 (service call) to $100 since he could not know what was actually wrong. Scott scheduled one of his locksmiths to come to my home at a convenient time for both of us. The locksmith was on time and very professional. He replace the latch mechanism on the first door and quickly fixed that problem. He then sanded down the door jam where the dead bolt fits on the 2nd door. The problem was fixed. The final price for all the labor and the replacement latch was $62.50. The cost was very fair, and I was also given the senior citizen discount on the labor as promised. I would definitely recommend Stoddart's Lock & Safe to all those needing locksmith services, and will use Scott's company again when necessary.

Scott quickly answered the phone and, after I explained what I needed, he said he could provide the service quickly and gave me several time frames that were convenient to me. Terry arrived at our home on time and was very friendly, cordial and professional. He first asked me to explain what I wanted and asked me to show him the locks that needed to be re-keyed. Before beginning work, Terry quoted a price that actually saved me some money. After giving the go ahead, Terry went about his task of re-keying the locks in a prompt and efficient manner. Terry took the time to explain several things about locks and how to make them more secure as he was working. When he was finished, he asked me to check each key in each of the locks to make sure that all the keys worked. At the end he asked if we had any wuestions or if there was anything else we needed. Our experience dealing with Stoddart's Lock & Safe was excellent and would highly recommened them to anyone.

Arrived 20 minutes after I called. Was so helpful and finished quickly. Also helped with other aspects of the theft.

I was trying to be a handy man and change the direction of my lock. We are getting plantation shutters and this needed to be done. Well, I am not a handy man and I got the door jammed and locked. I called and spoke to Scott he was very responsive and professional. He also was able to provide same day service. What I really liked about this company is that he came across like a mom and pop shop. I like that! I called another Angie's list vendor but they were too big, was on hold forever, and could not provide same day service. After I scheduled the call I was able to figure out how to get the door open. When I called Scott to cancel. He was very pleasant an understanding. This company is on my review list so I can go to them in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were good. I didn't pay any additional. They showed up and did what they were supposed to do.
