The job was done professionally. It was extremely easy to get a hold of the owner, Scott and make the appointment. My clients were in Gilbert and they made the trip out from the West Valley. I needed one to give me a 30 minute warning, so I could meet him there. Everything was smooth as silk.

The response to my request was very fast. Scott was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule my service the very next day. Terry was the locksmith who re-keyed our new home. He was right on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to re-key the entire house in 30-40 minutes (and it's a big house). I will definitely use Stoddart's Lock and Safe again and would highly recommend them to everyone I know.....(and I'm very....very picky...).

I called provider and he set up appointment for just over an hour later. He arrived on time. He assessed the problem and found that the lock was broken. He asked me several questions and called the security gate company for me to check on warranty. The gate company confirmed that the lock was still under warranty. Provider then had me call back to set up a repair time. Provider explained the quality of the lock and how it worked. He charged only for service call and asked that follow up with him when the problem is solved satisfactorily. He also gave we me information about garage door opener control panel that I will have him return to install in the next couple of weeks. Superb service and response to my call. I will definitely use the service again when needed.

He came afterhours because of my work schedule for a small fee, which I really appreciated. He rekeyed all my locks and made me several back-up keys. He was kind and courteous, and did great work. I would definitely use them again if/when I need their services.

I selected Stoddart's due to their excellent Angie's lisyt rating. The locksmith that did the work was a business associate of Stoddart's. He did a super job which reflects well of Stoddart.

He showed up on time. Re-keyed the locks rather quickly so that all locks operate using the same key. Gave us keys (including extras that we needed) for the locks. All in a half hour of time (give or take). Very professional. Did what was expected per the Big Deal purchase.

This was my first attempt to use my Angie's List membership. Used Angie's list to engage Stoddart's Lock and Safe company to come out and rekey our home. The appointment was made on Saturday, February 8th for Stoddart's to come out between 9-11 AM on Tuesday, February 11th. At approximately 8:25 AM on Tuesday morning February 11th I received a text saying they would not be able to come out today as they had not realized where we were located even though I had provided them with my address via e-mail on Saturday. The earliest they could come out was the following Saturday between 10-12 in the morning which was unacceptable as we needed our home rekeyed now. Stoddart's was polite and apologized and explained that they could not refund my money that I would need to go through Angie's List to get my money returned. They apologized again and said if I had any problems getting the refund to let them know and I then contacted Angie's List to get my refund. This has taken hours of my time.

He showed up right on time, knew exactly what he was doing. He re-keyed all our external doors and fixed an issue we had with our side garage door. I was impressed with his efficiency.

They were responsive, as well as very helpful.

They were here within an hour that I locked myself out of the house. The technician was prompt and courteous. He was literally here for 10 min to take the lock.There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Contact with Stoddart's Lock and Safe was very good and when there was a possibility of a conflict on getting the locks changed on the date and time given I was notified days in advance of a needed change. Work was on time and done in less than an hour. This is the second time I used this service 'coupon' from Angies list and if needed, I will use Angies list again and this company. When someone showes up at my house with nothing on his truck and worked out of the back of his truck I wondered for a moment or two but STODDART's made sure the tech was qualified, would perfom excellent work and that I would be happy with the work.
