Description of Work: I purchased the $109 package through Angie's List which included 6 re-keys, update to garage door opener & gate padlock. I had additional needs which were added to the original package. Terry performed 8 re-keys, switched out a handle with a lock with one that didn't, replaced the gate lock, fixed a couple of loose door handles, replaced a non-working garage keypad with a new one, sold me an additional garage door opener & updated existing one. He also re-keyed post office box. He was very professional, pleasant to work with & helpful & was able to take care of everything in one visit. Well worth the money.

 + -1 moreStoddart's came out the same day we called them, repaired the deadbolt in the laundry room and ordered a deadbolt for the front door that matched our existing hardware (bronze). We also asked them for recommendations for better security for our home. They made suggestions (having a wireless security system installed) that didn't put money in their pocket. A week later, they called saying the deadbolt had come in and scheduled the installation. The Stoddart's locksmith was prompt, professional, worked quickly, was friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend their services to anyone!
Description of Work: We needed a double deadbolt for our front door and a repair to the double deadbolt on the door between the garage and laundry room.

When I called to find out when they were coming back to finish the job I was told I would have to pay another $50 for them to come out. I replied that the job was not finished as promised but I was told that they are way on the other side of town from me and they are not coming all the way back over to finish job for free.

This offer was good for a scheduled rekey of up to 6 locks, reprogram up to 2 garage remotes, provide 4 keys and a padlock for my gate and I had 100% satisfaction received! I had additional work that needed to be done for $42 more, which was well worth it. Excellent job, prompt and quick service.  + -1 moreThey were able to schedule me for an appointment that evening. Due to a family emergency that arose on their end, they had another company come out and at least rekey most doors that night. The next evening Stoddart's came and completed the job. Since I had no key for the side garage door, it needed to be replaced as opposed to being rekeyed. The company did that for me free of charge. I can understand issues arise but the company honored the coupon and got the job done even if it meant coming over late that evening when I was available. I would recommend them in the future and will use them for all my locksmith needs.

Description of Work: Great sevice. I called Stoddart up and they came out the same day and finish the job of changing 6 locks, reprogrammed two garage door openers and gave me a durable pad lock (not cheap) for my backyard fence. Mark the locksmith was a true professional and very polite individual who handle the job with ease. He was willing to do more than adverstised in the big deal, great customer service that you do not see very much these days. I would definetly call on Stoddart's Lock and Safe again if I need locksmith services. A+ effort.
