Description of Work: We used their services successfully last year. When we tried to call them back we have spent a month scheduling appointments and being stood up or not being called back at all. We finally gave up after at least 4 days of missed work. So frustrating!

Description of Work: We had renters in our home and they reported that the air conditioner was not working. Our rental agency contacted Singletary and they did send a repair person to the home. They explained that there was nothing wrong with the AC, only that the renters did not understand the instructions on how to work the thermostat. The repair tech set the thermostat for them and showed the renters how to use it. They did not charge us for the call. I spoke to them on the phone and they were very nice and explained the situation and that they were not going to charge us. I will be happy to use them in the future when we actually do need to repair or replace the AC unit.

Description of Work: David has been our plumber for close to ten years. He determined the leak problem in our master bathroom shower and provided guidance on how to fix the issue. Since there was a mold issue, the project grew. We used David to install new toliets in bathrooms (recommended Toto which we are very happy with), installed new shower fixtures, new Moen cartridge in second shower and fixed a leak under the kitchen sink caused by tile installers. David and his wife Teresa provide great service and I can trust them to do a timely and professional job. We recommeded David to a nieghboor who replaced all of their fixtures in the house and they were very happy with the pricing and work.

The place looked better when he left than it did when he got here. He's great and I'm going to work with him in the future as well. I will use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Singletary Plumbing. I last used his services about a month or six weeks ago. The stuff I bought did not have a utility tub in the laundry room. He had to tear a big part of the wall out to get the plumbing in.

 + 0 moreThey found some broken heads in the irrigation system and some buried drip fixtures. They fixed everything and reset the timers for me. Additionally, they installed a new constrictor on the water main to reduce the water pressure coming into the house (was way too high) and fix a leaking drain in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the drain still had a minor leak. They came back out the next work day and replaced it at no additional charge. Everything is now working great! The plumber, Nathan, was very professional and I think that I more than got my monies worth from his visit. Would use them again!

 + 0 moreTodate we have had minor issues with the irrgation, but very minor. I would use Singletary Plumbing again and again. His work is impeccable and he leave the area clean and finished. Plus he is easy to work with. The only other time we have used a different plumber was when I purchased a Big Deal on Angies list. We have nevered had a problem with their work, no call backs. They are on time and their priced fairly. We want perfect work when we are going to move plumbing behind a wall. There is no room for error. Thats why we call on David Singletary and Singletary Plumbing. To clarify the irrigation job was $2800.00 and the indoor plumbing jobs ranged from $200.00 to $400.00. We used Singletary to put in the irrigation because their son, over saw the job and was on sight the entire days. I wanted someone onsight to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. I am very pleased. There is never any amount owed beyond their estimate in writing.
Description of Work: First of all we called Singetary Plumbing and Dave Singletary came out to move a drain line in our powder room. We were remodling this room and his work was Perfect. He was punctual, professional, and did his work as described in his estimate. There was no extras, or add ons. That was two years ago and we have had no problems with any of his work. He has done two more jobs for us. Moved pumbing in our master bathroom again did an excellent job no problems. We also had Singletary Plumbing replace our Irrigation systems in our front and back yards. Our back yard was professionly landscape at a $65,000.00 cost, so I wanted to make sure that the new irrigation system did not mess up my landscape. They had to dig up the entire back yard and trench it it so that the new PVC pipes were placed correctly. They replaced the values and placed all new heads to my specs. I am very pleased with there work. This system will out live me.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job on both occasions. They have been very responsive to any of my needs or concerns. They are very nice to deal with. I have a very upgraded backyard with a lot of expensive plants. Though they tore the yard up to put in the new irrigation system, they pretty much put it all back in place. I did not loose a plant. We spent $2800. I had another bid and they were $50 within the bid. I will use this company again.
Description of Work: Singletary Plumbing put in the new irrigation system at my house in October 2009. They did some plumbing work. They remodeled our powder room.

 + -1 moreWe did all the rough cuts of the wall board and made all the opening and David moved the water source and drain behind the wall. We then made all the wall board repairs and the job is done.
Description of Work: We remodeled a bathroom and David Singletary moved the location of the water and drain for the sink. He did a great job. We are very pleased with his work, took his time and did it right the first time. He then came back and re-connected the water and drain and attached the faucets as per our plan. Great!

 + 0 moreThey showed up when they said they would be here. They were very good at communicating. They were extremely courteous, and payed close attention to detail. They are pretty expensive though.
