Our air conditioning system went out last night and I called this morning for an emergency repair. The dispatcher said that the schedule was full but that they would try to get the AC guy out to my site. He arrived one hour later, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in 20 minutes. This turned out to be a no charge warranty repair. Thank you Singletary !

A major project and Singletary was timely, professional and efficient. They were extremely respectful of our home and worked to be as un-invasive as possible. Awesome job.

I had just moved my 91 year old father into a house in Sun City and of course the main plumbing line got clogged. After dealing with the home warranty plan who said it wasn't covered because we had no ground level clean out and another plumber who didn't know what he was doing, I search and found Singletary Plumbing. Got ahold of them and they sent Moses out within a few hours (one call ahead of me) and he proceeded to clean out the clog and inspected the main line, and replaced the toilet that the previous plumber had removed in his failed attempt at clearing the line. Moses was courteous, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.... even helping to catch my dad's dog that got out as he was leaving! I will continue to use them, it's hard to find a reputable, honest contractor, and I'm pleased to have found one!

Excellent. When we requested an estimate, Randy showed up right on time and helped us decide the best unit for us and what the cost was. He answered all our questions completely. There was no upselling, which we've encountered with some other dealers. We considered the price very reasonable and scheduled to have him install the a/c. He and the equipment arrived on time, and work was begun right away. The results were exceptional. Not only is Randy a very personable guy who's easy to talk to, he's a great worker. The new unit was installed to perfection and works great. We got a thorough indoctrination as to what to do and not to do with it before he left. Also, our garage was as clean when he was done as it was when he got there. All in all, a very pleasant experience and at a very reasonable price.

The valve to the icemaker had copper pipe which made it almost impossible to pull the refrigerator out. The wall board needed to be cut to replace valve and the copper was replaced with plastic piping. The washer valve was pretty straight forward. Joey was congenial and willing to explain what he was doing and why.

Work was done in professional manner. All work explained. Very courteous plumber.

The clog was opened very quickly at a reasonable price. They were punctual.

They were very punctual, had all the right equipment and the right people to complete the job. They were very neat and didn't mess up the house nor the garage where they were working. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

This did not go very well overall. There were no issues after Singletary initially completed the work. However a couple months ago the city suddenly shut off the water to my whole house. I called the city to ask why and they informed me it was due to excessive water consumption. I initially had no idea what the city was talking about but eventually traced the issue to lawn irrigation. Therefore I called Singletary Plumbing to investigate the lawn irrigation system they revamped last year. Singletary Plumbing came to my home and found one of the water valves they revamped was stuck in the on position. I wouldn't have noticed this because the actual mechanism to shut the valve was in the off position. Singletary Plumbing fixed the valve and left. When I later received my June and July water bills they totaled just under $1000 due to this excessive water consumption. I called Singletary Plumbing to see about obtaining compensation for these excessive water bills due to the stuck valve they installed. Singletary simply told me there is nothing they can do for me and now they no longer respond to my phone calls. I spoke with a lawyer and learned it would be difficult and expensive to pursue legal action to receive compensation from Singletary Plumbing. Overall, I would like to see Singletary stand behind their work and provide some sort of monetary compensation to me regarding this issue. It also is important for others to know about my situation before looking to hire Singletary Plumbing.

I am a relatively new Arizona resident and am in the process of establishing a core of craftsmen I can count on. I have used Singletary plumbing on two or three occasions and have been very satisfied. The water heater installer explained in detail to me the things that need to be done to check and maintain the water heater Their prices were competitive. They respond quickly to my phone calls, unlike some other area plumbers I have tried. I will certainly turn to them first in the future.

I have used Singletary Plumbing in the past for repairs in my former home. This spring I called them to do some repairs when I moved into a new home. I have found the company to provide prompt, professional and courteous service at a reasonable price. They are punctual and completed the services needed in a timely fashion.

When I initial called I spoke with a very friendly and professional person. I was given an arrival time range (2 hour spread) They arrived timely ( staff of 3) , identified problems by checking everything related. I was given a price for service and repair (very fair). The work itself was carried out very professionally and friendly enough you felt You Being A Customer was Very Important To Them. They adjusted all sprinkler heads, replaced several, repaired broken line pipe and reprogrammed timer control unit in an efficient manner, explained everything to be, cleaned up and told me to call if I had any further questions or problems. The service entire service took about an hour. Any service company could take a lesson from these folks - beginning with answering the the telephone through saying good bye THANKS for finding them for me.

It was done professionally and with Nathan explaining what happened and what they were doing. It was done neatly and returned to the original overall look. No messy look. Appreciated their honesty and promptness.Even a discount was much appreciated.

Normally I would repair my own toilets, but had recently had back surgery so called Singletary Plumbing as I had used them previously on my irrigation valves. They did a excellent job both times and will continue to call them for any plumbing jobs. Didn't realize at them time, they also do A/C and Heating, but have never used them for HVAC.

Excellent workmanship, reasonable prices and quick response. Joey did a great job, was very personable and cleaned up as the work progressed. Knew what he was doing.

The plumber came out right away even though we live pretty far out. He went into the bathroom, activated the flush lever and WOW !! It was fine! I expected to be charged for a service call but when I asked what we owed he said, and quot;nothing.and quot; I would absolutely call them again!

Singletary Plumbing is the only plumber in town that I would let into my house. They have done several 'fixes' for me over the last year, and they are absolutely fabulous. From the first contact with their scheduler, to the last contact with their employee in the house, they are the best. They respond quickly, are always on time, and are very professional.

I called the company on November 1st and spoke to Mrs. Singietary regarding the work that I needed done. She made the appointment for the following Tuesday morning. Joey the plumber arrived on time and after informing me of the cost to do the work that I requested promptly started replacing the shutoffs and water lines. He is very polite and very efficient. All in all we are so pleased with the service and fair pricing that we received that we are going to schedule more work to be done in a few days.

They were able to come to our house the same day we called. Randy was professional. He came in assessed the situation and was able to install our new garbage disposal right away. We are very pleased and plan on using them again in the future.

I had a broken valve on my irrigation system with water spraying everywhere. Had to shut off the water. Wanted to use a local company. Singletary service was excellent, came out right away. Installed new valves of a different type and close to the ground, so I don't have to be so concerned with freezing in the winter. Will be easy to cover. Service was excellent, will recommend to friends and will use again. Thanks again Singletary Family.

The projects that they preformed went very well. the first job was with the watering system to lawn and and shrubs. they replaced two valves that were installed wrong when we bought the house. it took all of an hour to fix. The softner system took them all of about 2 hours. from start to finish and was very pleased with the work preformed.

Called the company and she was extremely friendly and easy to make appointment with. He was very punctual. I thought the price was a little on the high side. I don't have a lot of experience with plumbers, so maybe the price was okay...just a bit of a shock to me. Also, he was very helpful, informative, and friendly. He was here for approx 1.5 hours. I would use this company again...he did great work.

I called the company and they had an appointment for the next day. Their service call fee is only $45, which seemed low compared to other offers I looked at on Angie's List. The company was punctual, but (the only thing I'll fault them on) I was supposed to receive a call from the tech 30 minutes before he arrived, but I did not know that he had arrived until my wife called me to tell me he was there. When I met with the technician he was professional and courteous, he explained the problems with my system, and he promptly fixed them.
