We were thrilled with the service from M&R. We needed help with getting our AC working again after some chiller work on our condo building. Matthew immediately sent out a repair person -- who was amazingly good. He got us up and running, and also installed the new thermostat we had been wanting to do. He was friendly, fast and just plain good to work with. It's so great to have amazing, competent service!

I cannot say enough about this company, if I I could give them 100 stars I would, they saved me, when no one else would finance me they did, I cannot thank them enough, my new air conditioner is working perfectly, they did a fantastic job, I didn't have to wait, they came the next day and put in a new air conditioner. Who ever reads this review, this is the company you want to use, you cannot go wrong. They are amazing!!!

Our air went out yesterday, one of our 115 days called Matthew. He came out and fixed it right away. Will differently call this company again.

M&R gave me a flat quote over the phone. At first, I thought the prices were high. I called around and realized M&R was giving me the best price. Other companies wanted to charge $80 just to come out and look at the problem. My issue was simple; I needed the power Extender Kit installed to get my Ecobee thermostats operational. I wasn't comfortable hooking the PEK up, so I called around. Again, other companies wanted to charge me more money and wouldn't quote me over the phone how much it would cost to install the PEK. M&R was able to do this, and the tech got everything set up within less than 15 minutes. I will be using this company for all my HVAC needs/repairs.

I had a problem installing a new thermostat. Not only did they make space for me on a same day call. The person they sent was knowledgeable and taught me things about our A/C unit I didn t know.

Submitted a request early This AM with a unit that was acting up on my house. Matthew called first thing in the morning and the Tech Richard was on site in a couple hours. Had me repaired and back up in running in about an hour. Great job! I was not planning on paying for AC repairs this morning, M&R made it as painless as possible.
