This company and its workers are amazing! I want to send a big 5 star review. One of my coolers went out in my small store, I notified M and R about 8 am. By one pm my problem was solved. They get in, get it done, and got me operational in a matter of a few hours. I cant thank you enough!

My AC unit was making a loud sound outside . They came out and advised me it was due to low refrigerant. I was told not to bother wasting 1000 dollars on it but to just buy a full new system that would cost me as they said 12000 to 15000. I felt uneasy with The information I paid 100 trip charge and decided to reach out to another company who told me after they fully inspected my system that I simply had a bad fan motor It was repaired same night for a reasonable fee.

Service was fine, but the company raised the cost of a basic AC tune-up from $79 two years ago to $139. Worse still, I was not told about the increase until after the service was performed.

I’ve found my A/C contractor! Matthew’s response time was excellent & the technician Oscar was a great representative of the company. On time, very friendly, professional, courteous. The best part in my mind was that AFTER the install of a digital thermostat, there was something that wasn’t perfect and needed them to come back. They wanted to come back that evening. We agreed to next a.m. and Oscar was early waiting for me. In and out in 5 mins and everything is right. Sometimes the proof you need is how a company reacts after the job is ‘done’.
