Called at 6:30PM Sunday for an AC unit repair. Arrived, diagnosed, repaired, and left by 7:45PM. Repair was completed during a monsoon rain storm!!! Excellent customer service. Will be using again.

The gentleman who came out and worked worked on our air conditioning. He was very kind and truthful. We will be using this company again.

To be honest, I'm not there, in Tx working, but I must say he stopped by about 7:30p to fix the issue st hand basically within 30 min of visiting Home Advisor for a person! I recommend them by that alone.

On a Sunday afternoon, The AC quit! I called 4 companies and 3 of them said that they couldn't get to me until Tuesday or Wednesday. M&M said that they would send someone as soon as a Tech was free. They called back and said that a tech would be free within an hour. The tech arrived, I explained the problem, Condenser fan motor quit, he checked it, replaced it and the unit was up and running within 30 minutes. He didn't try to upsell me, he just reminded me to call when the unit needed service in the fall.

They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They got me back up and running with the a.c. Then because they were so efficient we have decided to use them when we're ready for new a.c. system.

We had the opportunity to have Richard come over and help us with our a/c. Right out the gate you could tell this was a good choice. Took me through step by step what he was doing until he located the issue. It's an old unit and he could've easily taken advantage of the situation but instead it was a cheap and simple fix. When the time comes for a new unit or another repair we know who we're calling. Would recommend to anyone I know experiencing heating or cooling issues. Thanks Richard and M&R!

Matt and his team did a super job installing my new HVAC system. Prompt, expert installation and knowledge, great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone needing a new system or repair of existing system.

Matthew showed up couple hours after the call. He quickly identified the issues in the outdoor unit and fixed it within half hour. He is knowledgeable and professional.

Last summer in the middle of 110 temperatures our a/c was blowing hot air. It was a Sunday and we call Matthew at M & R Refrigeration. He was there is less than 1/2 hour. Fix the problem and told us he could not guarantee how long it would last. The unit was over 18 years old. About 10 months later the unit was not working as it should so we call Matthew and two other companies for bids for new units. When Matthew gave us his bid he was thorough gave us information on the unit he was putting in and the process it would be His bid was very reasonable and the warrantee was the best. On the day of install they arrived right on time, did the work efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, explain the unit and thermostat, help us set up the thermostat to our phones, etc. The whole crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would most diffidently recommend to anyone
