M & R Refrigeration, LLC

M & R is a family run business that put quality of work at their highest priority. Matt responded to the Home Advisor request in the morning and starting installing the completely new HVAC system late that same afternoon. He and Ryan worked until almost 11:00 PM to complete the job. The new system is more efficient and significantly quieter than 15 year old system that was replaced.

He came out and right away got my cooler working. Then tell us that we need a new cooler at $2500.

They did not have parts for this Swap cooler they had to go buy parts and then install I had the pads they had to use my equipment to clean The Swan car but very nice people

I was contacted immediately after posting the request.. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. They were a bit late for a 9sm appointment, but most businesses give you a 3 or 4 hour appointment window so it wasn't an issue. Overall I was impressed with the service.

They arrived about two hours after they got my call. Service Tech (Ryan) very knowledgeable and helpful. He installed a new circuit board and checked everything over thoroughly. I was very pleased.

I wanted to have a professional get my swamp cooler ready for the summer. The tech that was sent out didn't know to open my up-ducts to my attic, he had never heard of up-ducts or what they were for. There is a metal sheet that blocks the swamp cooler from getting air from the A/C when it is not in use. He didn't know about that either, and was confused why there was not air coming out off my vents. I asked him if he took off the sheet, and he said he didn't know there was one.

Matt was great; he explained things well and worked with the roofers who were coming a few days later so that our new heat pump would be sealed well.

I'm having several issues keeping my manufactured home cool. Matthew came out and not only answered all my questions, he had many suggestions we can try to bring the temperature down and keep it down. He was very thorough in his assessment and we will be sure to have them out again when the weather gets hot so we can accurately test my unit.

Ryan was really professional and had an answer dor any of my questions.
