It was an absolutely fantastic and timely service call. I now classify the owner Matt as a personal friend and highly value his opinion. At 77 years old I can assure anyone that they will probably receive the best customer service that they have ever received and like me, will value his technical knowledge as much as I do. We woke up to warm air blowing from our vents and its July! Matthew called right away and he came out and had it working by 3:30. We are very happy with the work and the customer service!

Didn t have to wait after we called! Very Prompt and didn t Mess around found the problem fixed it!! saved us from the heat in our home!

M and R installed a drain pan float switch for my AC. They installed it at a fraction of the price. They also did a full check of the AC without direction or additional cost. After the job was done, they called and provided a detailed analysis of what they saw. They were the most affordable and fast to be out to get the job done.

Responded quickly. Offered a professional opinion of hvac situation. Fast, efficient and friendly. Would recommend Matthew!

Would highly recommend, can not say thanks enough, my a/c went out on Fatherâ  s Day mid afternoon he came out with in the hour and got my unit going great, thank you very much Matthew you are the man, would strongly recommend M&R Refrigeration.

I had scheduled my appointment through Home Advisor, but somehow the connection was never made to M&R. When I contacted them they apologized for the inconvenience and were still able to have someone out within the hour to install my thermostat. Ryan was the technician that came out and he was friendly and extremely knowledgable. He made the install seem so simple and even helped me set up the app. He also stayed to make sure the ac unit would blow cold and hot air. He was very thorough. I appreciate M&R still fitting me into their busy schedule and will be recommending them to everyone.

Matthew was fantastic! Our air conditioner started blowing hot air on a Saturday night. Just great, who would be able to come in a Sunday without us having to pay an arm and a leg? Matthew to the rescue! We spoke in the morning around 10am and by 3pm he AC was blowing cold air again. The pricing was reasonable too. We will definitely be using them again (well hopefully not when it's 110 degrees though). ð
