Richard arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. During that time the rain came pouring down, but he kept on working and did a wonderful job on our MasterCool Evaporative unit. I will not hesitate contacting M & R Refrigeration, LLC for our A/C refrigeration unit as well.

Matt was very professional and he gave us good advice about our heater/cooler system. He can in a very timely manner which was good because we heeded the heater! He was on time and called ahead as planned. We will definitely have him help us in the future.

Courteous and professional. Matthew was prompt and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues we were having and presented several options. We ended up replacing/up grading our entire unit. They replaced it and all all associated equipment completely on our schedule. I could not be happier with the service and expertise.
