Technician, Ortoro, (I believe was his name) was very thorough and explained every step of the way what he was doing. We appreciated his thoughtfulness in regards to our AC unit and the care he showed by being so assertive and diligent with his work. Will call them in the future for all our AC needs. Thanks guys!!

i had an issue that needed a bit of proactive thinking and non-standard work. Matt explained what needed to be done, did it promptly and charged the agreed upon price. Just as important, he managed to work around a very nosy dog without loosing his sense of humor.

I was experiencing problems with my home theater entertainment system shutting down every time my air condition unit turned on (or off). Richard from M&R Refrigeration responded the same day I called for help and he diagnosed the problem within a half hour for minimal cost. I highly recommend this company

Oscar is on my roof now. He came in a moments notice and he knows his business. He was on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable in regard to my unit. First hot day of summer, I m sure Oscar and his team were slammed... very grateful he is able to make it.
