My tenant called indicating they had no A/C..just blowing warm air. Was mid afternoon on a Friday was rather concerned I would get someone out quickly. Was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the technician and he had already replaced the bad part and the price was very reasonable. So nice to deal with a professional company.

That went well. That's who we use. I have had them come fix a couple of problems. They have been really good. The people are really good. They are very good, very professional, they keep their appointments on time.

The techs that came out were very informative and personable, we were very happy with them!

They are excellent. The company is fantastic. We had a renter whose air conditioner broke down and it was almost five o'clock. I called them and told them my situation. They actually rerouted somebody who was on his way home to get to our house to fix that air conditioner. They are just great. They were very pleasant. They were Johnny-on-the-spot. They were excellent as excellent can be. I don't think I'd trust another air conditioning company to be really honest with me. If you ask them to call you in advance, they do it. They don't forget. It's perfect. They are very responsible people.

All work was done to our complete satisfaction.

The air conditioning stopped working in my daughter's house and that was a problem. Her disability medication does not permit her to get too hot. I checked Angie's List for a good recommendation and called Jaycox Air Conditioning early Monday morning. They scheduled an appointment and came within 2 hours. The experienced mentor and his apprentice checked the condensor and found a burned out capacitor. The part that was on their truck (no wait for a trip to the supply house or shop) was installed and the system was checked and restarted within minutes. AND they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want. WOW! I've been in construction for 30 years, I wish I could get guys like this for every job. Jaycox is on my KEEPER list.

The Jaycox crew arrived on schedule. They were extremely clean, knowledgeable, communicated well and teamed up as they went thru my home as individuals or paired up in teams. They explained what they were doing and what they encountered. Several days later the supervisor returned to my home with a professionally prepared report and presented to my wife and I their findings. I've been a home owner for 43 years and have had many services inspected, evaluated and repaired. Jaycox Heating and Air Conditioning has been by far the best that I've ever used.

It went very well, I was very pleased. Took about 1 1/2 hours to complete and they did a good job.

We had tried to install a programmable thermostat & did not turn all of the power off. The new thermostat tripped a fuse that protects the transformer in the furnace so we had no AC overnight. I searched Angie's list for a reputable company in the area and decided on Jaycox. I called around 7AM Monday morning and explained my situation to the lady and she said she had a serviceman that could be there after an 8AM appt he had. He showed up between 9-10AM which was great. The serviceman checked for power in the thermostat & seemed pretty sure it was a fuse. He had to access our furnace in the attic. He located the fuse and replaced it. Total time spent was approximately 20 minutes. The trip charge was $65 plus $4 for the fuse. A small price to pay for ignorance on our part. We would recommend this company and will use then for future AC/Heating needs.

Bill arrived at my home right on time. He asked what the visit was for and got right to work. Since this was a new home for me, he was very helpful in explaining the functionality of both my A/C and my heating system. He was quick and professional. He answered the mryiad of questions I had concerning my A/C and I will most definately use this company for all my A/C needs in the future. Thanks Jaycox!

They worked in very hot conditions. They were neat, courteous, and clean. It took them about 5.5 hrs to complete. I would recommend them to anyone. They come twice a year. We had a really great experience. The price of $7300 is the rebated price. They have come out once again to service our system. They were on time and very professional. I can't recommned them highly enough.

They arrived a bit early, (not inconveniently so) and proceeded to prepare the house for testing the ductwork to see how much of the air conditioning was being lost in the attic, walls and outdoors. (The test showed a loss of nearly 65% from the unit on the north side of the house.) They found the sources (multiple) of the problems (including mysterious sheet metal inserts behind 7 of the 8 registers on that side of the house) and discussed how to resolve the issues without having to move the a/c unit on the roof. They worked out the solution, completed the job in under four hours and the result was an $85 drop in our electric bill, the first month. These friendly, knowledgeable guys know their business. Our electric company was offering a rebate on the work, so it ended up costing a total of $300.

We have been using Jaycox for our twice a year preventive maintenance on our two heating & A/C units for the past six years. We have been very pleased with their service. When the larger of our two units stopped working properly, we contacted Jaycox and John checked the unit the same day we called and arranged for the installation of a replacement compressor the following day. The installation team were very efficient and completed the installation in just over three hours.
