Description of Work: I had my A/C tuned up in the Spring and had my heater tuned up in the Fall. The technician listened to me very carefully. They are very reasonable and the technicians are always excellent. I've used them for years and I think they are great.

Description of Work: They did a check up of our AC to make sure is was ready for the Summer. The person arrived on time (in fact a little before the scheduled time). He called to see if it was OK to start early. He did the work quickly and explained what he found--the AC was in good shape. We certainly will use Jaycox in the future.
