The tile grout started out dark and discolored. A few hours later our grout and tile looked like brand new again. It was a huge difference and well worth the investment. Having the tile and grout professionally cleaned not only looked amazing, but we could tell a difference when we walked on the tile barefoot. We also noticed that having the tile clean keeps the carpet cleaner as well. Golden Touch was professional, on time, very informative, and most importantly the results were far above our expectations. We would highly recommend Golden Touch. There are many choices for carpet and tile cleaning. One aspect that we really appreciated was the price that the actual price was exactly what the final price was once the work was complete. We appreciate the fact that there are no hidden or addional charges that many companies add on once they are at your home performing the work.

Lance arrived on time and went through entire house with us including costs and got started right away. He even educated us on the type of carpet we had. Carpets and sofas took about 1.5 hours and they turned out fabulous:) We have two large dogs and are always worried about keeping the "dog smell" out. We were so excited at how the entire house smelled so fresh and clean and the carpets looked fantastic. The best thing about Lance is that he not a "salesman". He is there to do the best job he can and provide an excellent service to you his customer. At the end of the job he even cleaned a portion of our tile... wow it was incredible! Definately having the tile done soon. We will definately use Lance again and again...I have even given his name to some of my co-workers and family members!

Everything went great. Lance and one other person showed up to clean the carpets. He checked out the condition of the carpets and the square footage. They got right to work. I was very impressed on how clean the carpets looked when they finished. I hadn't expected them to look that good. There was very little odor and the carpets were fairly dry. I have used other carpet cleaners that don't extract as much of the water and it takes many days for them to dry. I will definitely use Golden Touch again.

tLance was punctual and professional. My sunscreens are 15 yard old and we immediately decided to take them down. His pure water process left all my windows sparkling. Before his arrival I was fairly convinced that I needed to replace the carpeting on my stairs and probably a hallway. His procedure has both areas looking like new. Lance is very good at what he does. I have used him for different jobs at my home. All my experiences with him have gone very well. This time I had him clean very old carpeting in two bedrooms and they turned out great - really fresh and clean. I just love the way things look after he cleans them. He uses purified water and no chemicals. I asked him if he could come New Year’s Eve day and he agreed. He is very accommodating. He charged $165 for the three rooms of carpet. I would use him again in the future.

The total experience was great. Lance arrived on time and revised his phone estimate after looking at our home. He was very professional and worked very efficiently. We would recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

Lance brought out the heavy duty cleaning equipment for my carpets and tile floors, and what a difference! The carpets look brand new, and the tile even has a sparkle I didn't know it had! Now I won't have to replace the carpeting until I have the budget for it, and there is absolutely nothing I need to do to the tile accept keep it clean. Lance also made great suggestions for the care and cleaning of my floors. Much appreciated!

We had the exact positive experience when he cleaned our carpets last spring. You will find this contractor to be professional, honest, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Lance showed up at the appointed time, He went over the equipment he uses and explained its effectiveness. He then went to work cleaning 4 rooms and hallways. The results were excellent with minimum interference within the house as he worked. Did a very good job of cleaning up after his efforts..

I am very pleased with Golden Touch Carpet/ Window Cleaning. The job was excellent; Lance Golden was very accommodating, and he gave me the discount that I had from Angie's List.

Cleaned and teflon coated 5 rooms of carpet. He also cleaned and sealed a master bathroom and walkin shower. He also cleaned and coated our shower glass. He assisted moving furniture, explained how to best maintain our carpets and tile, what products are good and what is not. All this and no harsh chemicals, totally green with purified RO water. Very professional, on time, overall outstanding job! Great job, I will use him again next year and refer him to all my friends and neighbors.

It went fine. I was very satisfied.

We moved in to this house a month ago and there were several unknown stains and the carpet was badly matted on the stairs and family room. Lance was great! He explained every aspect of what he was going to do and the cost before he started. It took about two hours for the cleaning. He got up all the stains, he even moved the baby crib so that he could clean under it. Now that is is dry it looks even better. Like new! The matting is gone and the carpet looks great. I will definately continue to use him and recommend him to anyone needing a good carpet cleaner.

Lance is very professional and amicable. Prices are high but worth it. We have him every year for the windows and more often for carpet cleaning.

We needed "emergency" window cleaning when we realized two days before a realtors' open house that our windows were pretty grimy. Lance was able to make time for us the next day and got our windows spotlessly clean. We didn't realize when we made the appointment that he also does carpet cleaning; he stayed on to clean the high traffic areas after doing the windows. He offered a good suggestion that we should have thought of ourselves: leaving the window screens off for maximum sunlight during the showings.

My carpets looked brand new after he cleaned them. They just did a fabulous job and the quality of their work couldn't have been better. Even though price wasn't the cheapest, it was well worth it because of the result.
