Golden Touch Carpet/ Window Cleaning

In came Golden Touch! My technician was cordial, well prepared, certainly knowledgeable about the stain and how to tackle the two-part issue of the tea tannins and the milk proteins. He did the job beautifully and neatly. I wish all services could be handled as promptly, as efficiently, and as graciously as this gentleman did for me. Thank you, Golden Touch!

Lance is total pro. Not only does he do good work--he also is very responsive, and worked my deadline into his schedule. Would definitely hire him again as needed.

Lance is very thorough and knowledgeable concerning his business and the products he uses. He is the only carpet cleaner who doesn't leave browning streaks in the carpet after cleaning it. I have have the problem with browning after carpet service with everyone else. I have been using Lance for the last few years now. His schedule is busy as he is usually booked in advance, but he is worth the wait to have top quality service in window cleaning and carpets.

Lance did a great job! The results far exceeded my expectations. No more grungy high traffic areas, no more matted down spots of candy, dust, and cat hair, and no more crayon / marker stains. Rarely do I take the time to write reviews warning others about crummy service or products, let alone a review praising a service or product. Writing a poor review is easy, I get to blow off some steam. I can honestly say I don't recall the last I took the time to write a review praising a service or product, but Golden Touch is definitely worthy of it! Thank you!

When Lance completes his work, your windows and screens look like new. He gives equal great attention to the carpet. He has cleaned both our windows and carpet for years. We have recommended him to many of our friends. All have appreciated the referral. Lance is one of the most knowledgeable in his field and uses his own filtered water system for an absolute streak-free result on the windows and absolutely no residue on the carpet. You will be amazed at both.

He did this in the living room, bedroom, hallway and all throughout. He is just really good and also uses "Green Products," because I have pets. The carpets look gorgeous. He is very well liked by many and he is good with pet owners and mindful of pets. He is a very nice man and I plan to use him for window cleaning here soon.

I called Golden Touch Carpet to see about having someone come out on Friday, 4/4 to clean our carpets and sectional sofa & spoke to Lance. Unfortunately, Lance was completely booked. Because it was the only day that would work with my schedule, Lance kindly referred me to another carpet cleaning company in same area. I think this speaks volumes to the character of the owner of the company, so I wanted to make sure my feedback was provided even though services were not rendered by the company.

Lance went above and beyond in his service at our home. He provided a 'one-stop' cleaning for us: we didn't have to hire multiple companies to get the jobs done - - he did it all! Very professional and hard working. We would definately hire him again!

Lance arived at the scheduled time. He explained what he was going to do and that he would be using only RO water for cleaning the windows. He cleaned the windows where he was going to do the carpet first, and then he finished the windows. The job took about two hours to complete. The windows looked completely clear with no streaking. The carpet looked great when he finished. We would use Golden Touch again in the future just as we have for years.

Once again Lance delivers on outstanding cleaning services. He's the most well-informed, professional I've ever used in 5 homes east & west of the Mississippi. Not only does he do a 5-star job, but he's filled with tips on cleaning products to getting odd stains out of the rug. I also use him to clean our windows & screens several times a year. they are always spotless and streak free! Excellent!

He was fabulous. He was a really nice guy and had additional information for us regarding home security that he uses at his home. He was very informative and I would definitely have him back to do our carpets every year.

This guy is a true expert. He is a leader in the industry, because he invested heavily in designing and building his own 'super clean' system that is superior to anything on the market today. It is impossible to perform better than he performs. Believe me, I am 77 years old and I have paid someone to clean my many houses (as well as renting the cleaning systems available) for a long time. He is a pleasure to talk to, and he will be cleaning my windows inside and out after the rainy/monsoon season is over.
