Golden Touch Carpet/ Window Cleaning

This is the second time I have used Lance and I was just as impressed this time as the last. His new system dries very quickly (our carpets were dry within five hours. His prices are very good and are actually cheaper than others I had contacted in the past. There is no question I will use Lance as long as he is in business - he is that good, Have recommended him to friends and they used him and were as impressed as I was with his attention to detail and the professional way he presents himself.

There was a two hour window schedlued and Bryan was knocking on my door within the first hour. Bryan used special cleaning tools and when he was done with cleaning each window he replaced the screens professionally and with care. I was very happy wit the job he had done,

Called on Wednesday to schedule an estimate and I am sure it must of been the owner who answered the phone. He scheduled us for Saturday and mentioned that he would be able to do the service the at the time of the estimate. He showed up on time and was very professional. Worked with us on the price. My wife was so excited about the job he had done. We have 4 kids and a dog so there is a lot of wear on our carpets, needless to say that they look like new. Even one of the stains that he was doubtful he could remove has virtually been eliminated. We will definitely use Golden Touch again in the future. My wife has taken a number of cards and has vowed to refer all of her friends. Thanks and Great Job!! Happy wife = Happy life :)

Cleaned all the carpet upstairs, 2 bedrooms, loft, hall, large bath, & stairs. Lance was very thorough & professional. Truck mounted using purified water. Carpets felt soft and not stiff. Lance did the work himself. I liked his work and product so much, I had him come back later to do my windows inside and out, plus the screens. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Excellent cleaning. Lance does the work himself, plus a family member on this day (I've had him do my carpets earlier). I have over 24 windows, so to do the inside and outside, plus screens on a 2 story home, Lance was very reasonable. He's prompt & professional, courteous.

It went very well. He cleaned all the carpets in our 1800 SQFT rental home prior to us turning it back over the owners. There were all sorts of stains that we were concerned about but most of the tem were taken care of, no problem. There were 6 of us in the house plus a dog. Dog stains gone, soda stains gone, makeup stains gone. All good. One of the two stains that did not come out were a wood furniture stain. The legs were made of a dyed wood and we spilled coffee on it. The coffee stain came up but over time the wood stained it. It did not come out and I was told, it will not come out. The other stain was a computer ink stain, black ink, few drops. I never figured they come out. All in All, we were very pleased with their services. AND most important to us, we got out entire deposit back (one month's rent, cleaning deposit AND pet deposit). The owners thought the carpets (and the rest of the house) looked good enough to refund everything.

Beige carpet that had become almost grey in high traffic areas looks and feels as good as new. Grout around the stove and sink in the kitchen that was black, looks better than it looked when we got the house new. Windows and glass doors are so clear that it looks like there is no glass. Same for the screen door as well. Wonderful, thoughtful, detailed workmanship with amazing results. It was a pleasant surprise to realize how well pure water can clean without the use of powerful chemicals and soaps. Lance was professional, punctual, courteous, friendly and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.

When I called to make an appointment I had immediate response. As we were having a wedding the next weekend he made sure to come in time for the carpets to dry completely. I must say they looked almost as good as new. They are 12 year old carpets but they look the best now than they have in a long time.

Because I had made the appointment more than a week earlier, Lance called before he came to make sure I still wanted him to come. He showed up on time and worked hard for nearly four hours. My carpets, tile floors, and windows needed cleaning badly, and he did an excellent job. He uses "green" cleaning methods, which I greatly appreciated. When he was finished there was no smell, and the floors and carpets were nearly dry. Throughout the entire process Lance was extremely pleasant, professional, and capable. I would highly recommend using him, and in fact, I have already done so.

Went really well. This was not an easy job. The carpet we had cleaned is 22 years old.

It was a good experience. When he came to provide an estimate, he was friendly and professional. He explained what he could do and outlined the options. He was respectful of our needs and choices. He gave a very reasonable estimate, and we made a date for the work. On the appointed day, he showed up on time and went to work promptly. He was neat and clean, his equipment was excellent and obviously well cared for. He is proud of what he does, and how well he does it. The job was finished in good time. We are very impressed with his work.

We had a disaster- heavy black grease spots (about 50) tracked onto a very expensive wool carpeting. Lance came out immediately and discussed options. He was able to remove the stains without damaging the carpet which less experienced companies often do. I would always use Lance in the future for any carpet cleaning endeavor. Laurie

The other carpet cleaner didn't show up today, and my next tenant is moving in tomorrow! I called Lance to see if he could do the work. He was booked but took time to find me another company to do the job first thing tomorrow morning. He saved me a dozen phone calls and a lot of stress -- just to be kind. This is the kind of person I wish I could do business with every day.

Professional, fast and courteous. Got stains out that had been in the carpet for years that others didn't get out.

Lance was able to work me into his schedule on the very next day upon calling, as he had a cancellation. I have been using another company for a number of years. I had been relatively satisfied with one exception. Our carpets are a light beige in color . They would look completely clean upon completion of the job. However, as they dried, brown areas would appear; some in large splotches. Lance has invested in state of the art equipment which involves using pure r/o water and extremely powerful suction in extracting the cleaning solution. My carpets looked the best that they had ever been in the past 13 + years. Lance is very well informed and professional. I will definitely call him again.

I had Lance Golden, owner of the company, back again to do my windows. He did such a fantastic job last spring with my windows, tile, carpets, and this experience wasn't any different. The man is incredible! Very reliable - he will be the one to come and do the work. Give him a try - you won't be sorry.

Called Lance Monday and was able to fit me in Wednesday afternoon. The carpets are nearly 20 years old and had not been cleaned for several years. One dog, one cat and 2 children in the home. He arrived on time, went to work and did a wonderful job. He lifted a chair that was a concern to get under it. Job took about 3 1/2 hours to complete. The carpets look almost new. Nice and soft. We left and went to a hangout we like for a couple of hours and the carpets although a bit damp in the last few areas he did were great and looked nice and clean the next morning.

After checking Angies List for a carpet cleaner and reading reviews I chose Golden Touch. Lance is professional, honest and pays attention to detail. He arrived early and spent time explaining his process for cleaning carpets, which I won't go into, and I would certainly recomment his process over some other cleaning companies. My carpets look absolutely wonderful.

The project of window cleaning went as expected, no surprises.

Lance was terrific. He arrived on time and got right to work, measuring the carpeted spaces and giving us a solid quote. After that, he was professional and efficient in how he worked - the whole house only took about 2 hours. And the results - beautiful. Our carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in 10+ years, and after 2 kids, 2 dogs, a cat and recently a puppy - they were more than showing their age. But Lance brought them back to life, removing all but a couple very tiny candle wax spots - even the stair carpet looks new. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Would strongly recommend Lance and the Golden Touch carpet cleaning service.

From the first contact until completion of the job- everything went exceptionally well.

The job went very well. I way over estimated the amount of carpet to be clean when I called for the estimate, but the first thing Lance did was get an accurate measurement on the amount of carpet and gave me a new quote. He was just as happy to clean my 800 sq. ft. of carpet as the 1400 sq. ft. I erroneously over estimated. I pointed out a couple problem areas that I was concerned about, and Lance reassured me that they wouldn't be a problem and explained why. The carpet turned out great, Lance really went beyond my expectations with the job he did. I have several more areas that will need to be cleaned in the future, I'll definitely be calling Lance!

Lance and his assistant arrived 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. He measured the carpeted areas to be cleaned with a measuring tool, and therefore only charged us for the areas to be cleaned, not the dimensions of the room. (So areas under the bed and other furniture were not charged for.) He explained what he was going to do and that he would be using only RO water for cleaning the windows. They cleaned the windows first, and then the carpeting. The job took about two hours to complete. The windows looked completely clear with no streaking. There was some slight water marks inside the window sills. The carpet looked good when they finished. They treated those areas that had some stains. We would use Golden Touch again in the future.

I joined Angies List because I needed my carpets cleaned and wanted to feel comfortable with who I was hiring. I found Golden Touch Carpet/Window Cleaning and Lance Golden, who is the owner, had ALL A ratings so I gave him a call.First of all he is a very knowledgeable, consumate professional and he is the one who came to do the work at my home. On 6/11/12 I had him come out and clean 4 bedroom carpets plus two closets. He even retacked one carpet in two places where it was pulling away from the carpet tacks.The carpets look like new! I also had him clean and seal the grout and tile that I have throughout the rest of my home. The grout is very light and it just looked cruddy. Amazing what this man can do! The grout looks like new and now it will stay that way because it is properly sealed. He gave me some great tips on keeping the tile and grout clean. Price for all this was only $484.00Today 6/21/2012 I had him come back to wash my windows and screens. I will NEVER wash another window - they just sparkle!I have a black granite counter top that had not been resealed since we bought our home 4 yrs. ago and it was in dire need. Every finger print showed and there were rings that I couldn't polish out. The counter looks beautiful and no more finger prints! He also gave me products to keep the counter looking great. Price for today was only $300.00.I will be a repeat customer!

Service was great. I called on short notice and was able to get my carpets cleaned before out of town company arrived. There were a lot of dirty traffic areas along with pet stains. He was professional, on time and did a great job. My carpets looked great. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely call again and would recommend to others.
