Description of Work: They cleaned the 3 rooms. I had had water damage in one room from 8 months ago and they came back and replaced the padding and recleaned the carpet and even got the rust stains out. I highly recommend them.

He was willing to charge us a $100 to see what he could do with the kitchen and if we were happy with that, then he would charge another $100 to do the rest of the house. We were happy and everything came out so much nicer. What was particularly good was the man itself, his name was Blake Cranmore, he was just very personable, and he was willing to work with us and was just great. I don’t know what other people charge, so I can’t comment on his prices. Our tiles are old and it was not going to look any better, but he did a wonderful job trying to make it look up to par.
Description of Work: We used Cranmore Carpet Cleaning LLC to steam clean the grouts in the tile, which is most of our house.

Description of Work: I am a new Angie's List member and needed to find a professional carpet cleaner quickly to complete a thorough cleaning of our rental home to prepare for moving out and turning over of the property. We had emptied the house and just needed carpets cleaned. I found the listing for Cranmore Carpet Cleaning, the reviews sounded great, the company is local (My husband and I are STRONG SUPPORTERS of LOCAL businesses) and decided to give them a try. WE HAD A PERFECT EXPERIENCE. Can not give them enough accolades. We called and requested first availability; they had an appointment open the very next day and even asked us our preferred appointment time. The lady on the phone, Tiffany was super courteous, friendly and clear. She asked direct questions about what we needed done, size of our home, any special areas we may need special attention to and even gave us an immediate quote. The next day their technician Blake arrived early-, completely ready to go, was super nice, did a quick walkthrough, described services, allowed me to ask (and responded to) questions I had.....he even did miracle of miracles and made a stain that pre-existed our renting the home in minimal time. BLAKE ROCKS! He was professional and meticulous. He completed our home (4 bedrooms, living and dining room and stairs--it is a 2,000 sq foot home) in 2 hours (as he had quoted). He LEFT THE CARPETS LOOKING AND SMELLING BETTER THAN WHEN WE MOVED IN!!!!!! AND with a large family with (4) kids and (2) dogs to boot, that is no small task. I immediately showed my neighbors. They had seen the carpet before. It was a low grade (cheap) and light colored carpet. They were so impressed they asked Blake for info to plan to do their carpets soon too! We have decided Cranmore Carpet Cleaning will be the ONLY carpet service we will use based on this amazing experience. Even the price was more than fair. If you consider time, equipment, supplies, renting equipment, etc. and not having that professional experience ...it is WELL WORTH the money. We just moved in to a 4,200 square foot home, downstairs is primarily tile, upstairs all carpet. We decided NOT to buy a carpet cleaner just this afternoon....no need to do so, we've got a secret weapon....CRANMORE CARPET CLEANING!! They are now in my rolodex for Home Maintenance! Thanks to Blake, Tiffany and the rest of the team behind the scenes! TWO ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS UP!

Thankfully, Cranmore's was available to clean our carpets the very next day. Ty showed up on time and was very personable. We reviewed the areas to be cleaned and pointed out the pet urine stains. Ty took extra care with our carpets and spent the extra needed time on removing the pet urine stains. The carpet looks fantastic! Ty offered to return if we noticed any issues at all (nice touch!). We will definitely call Cranmore's after the first of the year to clean the rest of our carpets and our tile. Thanks Ty!

Did the stretching for me and didn't even charge me for it since it was only in a couple of the rooms. He went above and beyond and was very pleasant to work with. I would def. recommend him, in fact I have.

In this instance, Cranmore Carpet Cleaning was thankfully able to provide same-day service. Blake Cranmore arrived ten minutes before the scheduled appointment, which was perfect since we needed to discuss some preliminary details -- and then he promptly began working. Blake's friendly, courteous, and efficient manner was much appreciated, and he provided a thorough explanation of the cleaning process and equipment that was used. Blake was very pleasant and helpful to assist with a couple of quick furniture moves, and careful to make sure walls were protected. My carpet is less than brand-new, but the results were terrific! A complimentary pair of booties was also included to allow for those nearly unavoidable moments of walking on slightly damp carpet before it has completely dried. Would definitely work with this company again. Thanks!!
