Appreciated being warned we'd slip on tile when walking from wet carpet!

Starting when I first called the company, Tiffany was very friendly and professional and answered my questions. When I set up an appointment for an estimate, she immediately followed up with an e-mail. The same thing when I set up an appointment to have the work done. Both times Blake showed up on time and was very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. When he came to do the work he kept me informed of everything he was doing and pointed things out that I needed to see or what probably was going to be needed in the near future. The job was completed in about 2 hours and he did a great job, the bathrooms look like new again. I would recommend this company for any of their cleaning needs.

They were fantastic. We have used them twice and we’ll probably use them always. We expanded and they ended doing our full house. We paid a little bit more but it was very reasonable price. We were very pleased with the service. It looks good.

It was a great experience from the start. I first contacted tiffany who answered the phone. She was so helpful so I decided to make an appointment for a consultation. After that I had my carpets with pet damage cleaned and had them replace the Carpet on my stairs. They were professional and honest. The entire house looks and smells great.

When my lease was up I needed to have the carpets cleaned. A friend referred me to Cranmore. They did a great job and I was very pleased with their work. I had everything moved when they arrived but had I needed help moving things, they would have assisted me.

All went well. The gentleman was very helpful in moving the furniture and cleaned.

They were able to get everything looking virtually like new again. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the issues we had and the various types of stains that were easily removed. We had them come on a Saturday morning and we were comfortably back on the carpets by the evening.

Cranmore Carpet did a wonderful job on my tile floors. The technician was very professional and did a very thorough job. It was recommended that I have a portion of grout for my tile that was installed at a different time stained because some of the grout did not match my new tile. I will get that taken care of also. I was very happy with the service.

It went 10000% perfectly. Im fairness to them, I offered to pay a bit more because my rooms were slightly more than the specifications of the deal, but they honored the original Angie's List deal as offered. Roy was a dear--clearly, a very kind and friendly person, came right on schedule, and he told me everything he was going to do. He was quiet (I was working in the kitchen and was not distracted), very thorough, and efficient. The best thing was that my carpets (at least about 5 years old, with some noticeable wear and dark patches from the wear) looked virtually new - the best professional job I have ever seen. I cannot say enough good things about Ray and Cranmore. I have already put them on my calendar to have them come again in about 10 months. I highly recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone who needs a good service and wants a very professional job.

2 guys showed up on time, in uniform, and in a decent looking truck. Did the work professionally and quickly and left the carpets looking like new. Best carpet service I have ever had.

I was referred to Cranmore by Lance of Golden Touch Carpets because we needed someone to clean our carpets & our sectional before we left for vacation the following weekend & Lance wasn't able to accommodate our last minute needs. I was very grateful for the unexpected referral; especially since Cranmore Carpet Cleaning did not disappoint! From setting up the appointment with Tiffany to the cleaning done by Roy, I was very pleased with the level of service and with the quality of the work performed. The price was also very reasonable (Angie's List discount/promo price) given the fact that we have paid nearly double what we paid with other carpet franchises; for the same work. We will absolutely be using Cranmore Carpet Cleaning for any future work and we will be referring any friends who are looking for a reputable and fair carpet/upholstery cleaning company.

They charged $300 for cleaning three bedrooms and an office as well as a combined living and dining room. They also cleaned the couch and love seat in the living room. We appreciated their service. They worked very hard and they were personable.

They were great! carpet looked terrific and has held up wonderfully, getting ready to call and set another appointment!

Blake (the tech) arrived at the appointed hour. We did a walk-through of the house and he assessed the current state of the carpet (well-kept ... we only lived there for 6 months). He set up and did the work. The end result was a spotless carpet and a happy customer. Blake is personable, professional, organized and efficient. Truly a great company to have do your carpets. I will definitely call Cranmore in the future for any other carpet cleaning jobs. A special shout-out to Tiffany, who is pleasant to work with over the phone for rescheduling. She's a great asset to this family-owned business!

Overall, an excellent experience. I've had carpet cleaning in the past that did not go well. This was not the case here. The technician arrived on time and was extremely professional the entire time that he was here. The carpet turned out incredible, very clean - no issues, dried quickly, and back to like "new". I would definitely use Cranmore Carpet Cleaning again and recommend to anyone.

Roy was complete, careful and did the job well. He was sure to clean up everything when done and was on time and took 1 hour. I thought the price was fair and the job done to my satisfaction

Ty arrived on time, was very professional, personable and informative.......answered any and all of my questions. Assured me that all of the work could and would be done to my satisfaction. Ty's brother, Blake , did the actual work, and did it well and in a timely fashion. This was a positive experience from start to finish.
