It went great!! Very polite gentleman, very accommodating, especially having to go up 3 flights of stairs! Carpets looked great, as we needed to have them cleaned before moving out.

Blake arrived a few minutes early - a pleasant surprise. He was very friendly and professional, explaining what he was going to do and the fact that only one room of carpet protection was included in the offer; additional rooms at $15 per room (which was exactly as stated in the offer). He put protectors on all the corners of walls in the area where he would be working - never had anyone do that before, so that was another very pleasant surprise. We have a very large master bedroom (18x22) with a walk in closet and I was surprised that there was no additional charge for cleaning that large area - another very pleasant surprise. We elected to have carpet protection added for all the rooms that were cleaned. According to my research the added protection is worth the small extra charge. Blake worked very hard and did an exceptional job. Our carpets are bright and beautiful once again. I would absolutely not have one bit of hesitation about recommending Cranmore Carpet Cleaning and I will definitely call them the next time my carpets need cleaning. This is by far the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had - and the best results.

We were in a pinch to move in to our new home before Christmas, Cranmore had a carpet cleaning special running for Angies list members. I called them with a very limited schedule and asked if they could help us out. The previous home owners had cats, so they came from surprise outside of they're typical schedule all the way to Queen Creek so we could have a merry Christmas. But that's not where their above and beyond service stopped! The hot water shut off valve for the washing machine in the laundry room failed while he was there, causing a wet mess and immediate necessary repair. My father in law and wife trying to clean the mess up with a shop vac was nonsense, so the worker sucked up the new mess with his machine and made short work of it. The grout was a way lighter color now that it was somewhat clean. surprised how filthy the grout was the man said it would get even cleaner if we decided to do tile/grout cleaning. AND WE WILL BE SOON. every time I look at our nasty grout I think of how great they're price and service was and I cant wait to get them out here again. I know my wife feels the same way.

.They were punctual, professional and did extra duty to get a nasty stain that was a due to a charcoal anti-toxin our dog was given because she decided to eat a large bowl of chocolate and raisins. I was pretty sure the carpet was a gonner, but he got the stain completely out. I was impressed.

Provider was very prompt, courteous, professional, competent and accommodating. He was even a little early, did all the work that we had agreed to and even provided some additional services at no extra charge. I would recommend using this company for all your floor cleaning needs.

The service turned out fine. They said they would be at my home at a certain time and they were. They were very professional and courteous.

They showed up on time and did a really nice job. Carpets looked better than when we bought the house. I called a couple days later because I thought I smelled some pet urine coming through. It was probably just the drying process but he showed up AGAIN and sprayed the carpet with a deodorizer/odor killer and even left me some to use if the pets misbehave again. He just wanted us to be happy and we are. Professional and very courteous. We will surely recommend them to our friends!

The service was on time. All three bedrooms are on the second floor and they had the appropriate equipment to get up the stairs without damaging any of the walls. The work was done quickly and everything which was done was explained first.

They did a good job - I will use them again. Not much else to say.

This was first time I had used their service. One crew member came out and arrived on time for the appointment and he got started right away. He was done with in the hour. Everything turned out great and I am happy with the results. Scheduling was easy and they accomodated to my time frame.

Ty did and excellent job in cleaning the tile around the cooktop as well as the tile in the master bath.
