Description of Work: We recently purchased an older home and upon moving in started a major renovations including our kitchen, family room and finishing our basement. We found Bob's Electric via Angies List after getting several quotes from other electricians which I thought were a bit pricey. Bob promptly returned our call and scheduled a time to come inspect our work and give us an estimate. What we discovered was that in addition to our original work we had several other issues that would eventually need to be resolved. Bob has been amazing and has worked with our schedule and budget and we couldn't be more pleased. We ended up getting our original work done as well as the much needed repairs to other items we discovered for less than the estimates I received from those other guys. Bob and his son spent several days doing our work and if we ever need electrical services in the future, Bob will be our first and only call. I did have a bad experience with another Angies List recommended plumbing contractor but in this case I am happy to report that Bob's Electric exceeded our expectations. Description of Work: Bob did an excellent job in installing a few lights and fans in our house. He gave us options to our various electrical/lighting problems instead of just implementing the most expensive option. He was quick to respond to our call and followed up.

Description of Work: Bob installed a new whole house generator which included the natural gas pipe installation, wiring and hook-up, He provided an estimate initially and honored his price. Arrival and job completion expectations were met as well. He even negotiated the cost of my generator down 15% from the retailer. This was an overall good experience and now my family has the peace of mind knowing when storms disable the power, our back-up will kick in within 15 seconds
