I contacted Bob to get a chandelier hung. We rearranged our home and put the dining room table in what used to be the living room, and it needed better lighting. This was right before Thanksgiving, and I thought there was no hope of getting the work done before Thanksgiving dinner, but Bob got back to me right away and was able to do the job the day before Thanksgiving! He excised the ceiling and ran the power up from the wall outlet which connected to an existing light switch. The only problem was that the joists in the ceiling ran perpendicular to the wiring, so there was a long drywall patch that was needed. Bob informed me of this beforehand and told us that he doesn't repair drywall, so we would have to do that on our own. That was fine, I told him that my husband could repair the drywall. Bob did the work and was careful to save the drywall he excised so that it was easy to patch it back together. We are very happy with the new chandelier, and it was great to have it by Thanskgiving!

Bob was friendly and very professional. His work is thorough and done with the utmost of care and expertise. I highly recommend his services and would use him again for any of our electrical needs.

He was very punctual, and quickly fixed the circuit and the switch. He explained what he was doing in advance and charged a very fair price. We didn't have to wait very long for the appointment.

Bob was extremely professional, and this is the 2nd time that he has been to our home. The first time was for an emergency sump pump issue, and we liked him so much we asked him to come out and replace GFI outlets. He is courteous, and treated our home with respect...which is something we have rarely seen in our previous experiences with contractors. Bob took the time to speak with us about some future items we would like to take care of, and offered suggestions at how we can also cut costs. We would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking for an electrician in the area.

Set up an appointment for 7:30am. I waited until 9:00 then called him. He had a "sump pump emergency". Ok, so we rescheduled for the next day, again at 7:30am...as he up early every morning, he told me. Waited again, no call, no show. I took the morning off to reschedule! It's a shame because I really needed some work done! Work still not done, still looking for an electrician.

Bob was prompt and very professional. He changed an outdated light fixture over our staircase on a cathedral ceiling-not an easy feat, but he got it done. We would recommend Bob to anyone in need of electrical/lighting services. Thanks Bob!

Bob is a very nice and professional man. He moved the electrical in my Bathroom from the wall to the ceiling and installed 2 Ceiling Fans. He also has a carpentry background which allows him to analyze situations and use other skills to do the job faster and cleaner. I will definitely reach out to Bob every time I need some work done.

Bob was very responsive to our needs. He came out when he said he would and gave us a fair and honest estimate. Never once did he try to inflate the job or encourage us to replace equipment that was functional. I asked for him to check our electrical panel and see if we had any issues that needed repair and he fixed a couple that he indicated were not serious but would be better if they were addressed. Bob arrived on time and replaced 4 old outdoor fixtures with new ones. He was very professional and his quote was right on.

The first time I spoke with Bob, I knew that (based on the rave reviews about his being a great guy) I had phoned the right man. Bob was here as scheduled and had no problem finding the cause for our outlets not working. Installation of the basement lighting went smoothly and while here, he found some dangerous wiring that had been done long ago and he changed it out. Several days later, we blew a circuit breaker so we called him again and he came right out to repair/replace it and to show us how to avoid this happening again. Bob is such a friendly, personable,and knowlegeable guy. He will definitely be the electrician we call for future electrical matters.

Bob came out to our home and gave us the initial quote as well as explained the entire process with us. You could clearly tell he truly knew what he was talking about and that he really loved what he did and that made a great first impression. You could also tell he wasn't trying to sell us on anything we really didn't need. He truly wanted us to be the ones making the decision, but was always willing to provide his two cents when needed and for two people who don't know much about electrical we appreciated that. We replaced our 18 year old ceiling fan , dinette chandelier and kitchen lights which we mounted on a vaulted cathedral ceiling. Bob had to set up a large scaffolding to reach all three locations. We replaced the can light track system in the kitchen with three pendant lights which had to be hung at the same level. Bob had to remove the old track and install new electrical boxes in the vaulted ceiling for the new lights. He had to put the new lights together and his measurements were perfect. His overall attention to detail is the quality of work he is known for. We are comfortable recommending Bob to our family and friends.

Bob was very prompt and returned her phone call almost immediately. He found time in his schedule to repair the problem the very same day. He easily restored electrical power to her detached garage and outdoor lighting. She felt very comfortable with him and would definitely use his services again.
