A/C was installed in one day and was done professionally and quickly.

They installed a new unit, cleaned up their mess and haupednaway the old in just 5 hours.

The technician was professional and friendly. He quickly identified the problem and explained everything. He explained what he was troubleshooting and was able to accurately describe the problem. Yes, servicing a large air conditioning unit will be expensive but the technician explained the charges and it was actually cheaper than we thought it would be. He described a condition that we already knew was a problem. The technician was honest and fixed the problem with no mess. He cleaned up the area. Overall excellent service. I will use Arizona Comfort Systems again.

Everyone in the company worked to keep us informed of every step of the process to getting our new unit installed. Was never under pressure to buy a new system, even though we did ultimately decide to replace our unit rather than fix our old one. We have used other companies and the first words spoken to us was "You need to buy a new unit". These guys never even mentioned us getting a new unit. We had to asked them to price a unit for us. Will definitely continue to use their company from now on. Wish I would have found this company years ago. Just can not say enough good things about them.

They usually do a good job. They could have been cheaper.

When it came to repair work, they were over priced and they didn't know what they were talking about. I just know that he didn't know what he was talking about and was way over priced. I called another contractor and they did much better. We didn't use them on this project because they were too expensive.

They could have done a better job on my dryer. He also made kind of a mess but I called them back. They did come back and he cleaned up. I wanted them to clean the lint trap area because some of it got trapped in there underneath the lint trap. He could have not made a mess or cleaned it up before he left instead of having me to contact them again and have them come back. The price was a little high. It was a special though. His punctuality was good. He broke a little Santa Claus figurine I had. They did refund me for that. Keep tabs on them and see that they're doing a good job and that they're cleaning up after themselves.

Great service, reasonable cost, polite, on time, very professional.

They service my furnace in the fall and A/C in the spring. On the day they come, I always clean my fans and reverse their direction for the season. However, one of the fans requires the center glass piece be removed to access the switch. It's a slightly delicate technique and difficult for my arthritic fingers. Raymond cheerfully took care of it and then offered to return the ladder to the garage, which I really appreciated. So, thank you as always, Arizona Comfort Systems.

I stopped by their office and met with the staff about my cooling system not working right. They scheduled someone out right away. The technician diagnosed and fixed the trouble professionally. The office staff and technician were all friendly, great communicators, and very professional, and the problem got fixed very quickly at a fair price.

I called for an estimate and Mark showed up right on time. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I then told them I wanted for them to do the job. Initially the start date was further out, but they had a cancellation and called me. I was taking a few days off work so it worked out great. They told me it would take two days and it did. They only had to come back for an hour a few days later as I have propane (as opposed to natural gas) and they had to fit the heater with special orifices for the propane. All in all, the job went very well. I had been referred to them by my realtor and now I know why. Complete professionals who know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

Horrible!!! Not impressed with their technical trouble shooting of issues... the manager had to come to site to help find the issue and I was still not comfortable with the resolution. I have since added it to my home owners warranty to cover such issues but no AC should have a system failure in the first 2.5 years of ownership!!!

It went well, the only issue we had was that they were an hour late due to rain. WE ALMOST NEVER get rain in Az around this time. Other than that, they come to the home,did the deed, and left our home clean.

They came out and appeared to be professional, but to this day, I never heard one word back regarding a price or anything else. This goes a long way towards giving an example of their reliability.

I have a family plan with them, which is over a $100 for two visits. They have always done a good job. I don't have any complaints. They come out when they say they are coming. The gentlemen are always very nice mannered. They are very good for most parts, I don't know so much about the work but I think they do well. This is the only system I have ever had so I don't know about their prices. They must be reasonable because they have been in business for as long as I have been here, for twenty years.
