These guys installed the system in my house when it was built and I have upgraded with them twice. Would not let anyone else near my equipment. They have stood behind their work and also some bad equipment. Everything gets corrected, usually the first time.

The installs (first one was a year ago, the second was two months ago) went very well. I was so impressed with the first install that I did not hesitate to have them do the second install. The first unit has been working great, the second one had a minor problem with the thermostat but this was fixed the same day and their office staff is a pleasure to work with. They are concerned about the quality of their work and their QA staff follows up frequently after an install to make sure the customer is satisfied.

AZ Comfort Systems is easy to work with. They have a number of option type contracts to get the services you need. You opt into the service desired for the year and then they call you and remind you to set up the appt. The cost is very reasonable and the service is excellent. We have the twice year maintence plan.

Perfect! Punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Always nice to have AC/furnaces serviced 2 or 3 times a year!

Raymond was SUPER, I have to think this is a well run company with honest and caring employees. They have earned my business, what a breath of fresh air!!!

The serviceman did a great job TILL he told me a part had to be replaced on the FAN unit in the furnace. Said it would damage the fan etc if not replaced. So I told him to fix it - it was $155 - told me that's with WARRANTY and 1yr guarantee. I looked up the part on INTERNET and it turns out the part I can get from WALMART for $4.60 - I should of said no way - and did the replacement myself. But wanted to prove that price gouging is common with services in this town. My Pastor had his AC serviced - a relay - they charged 305$ SO I requested my OLD PART BACK and a refund of $155 or I will deal with them LEGALLY - This is B.S. Charging me that much for a $ 4.60 PART is absolutely dishonest. etc. I wont be dealing with them again - AM tired of getting ripped off by outrageous parts costs etc. IN this town. 3x so far. I have ALL the documents for my LAWYER to see - so I better get some response or I will file a complaint - and file with the BBB as well. Heres PROOF of part cost at Walmart [*** Link removed ***]

Angie called to remind me it was time for service. The service was performed in a professional manner; he called that due to an office meeting he would be a few minutes late, however, he arrived on time and conducted a thorough exam of my system; explained his findings; he was polite and had a very pleasant personality.

Great, the technician arrived on time and was very professional. He made the necessary checks on the furnace, replaced the filter.

Very well. One supervisor and one trainee. I have had this company before to do both the spring A/C tune up/check and the fall furnace tune up/check. Have always been happy with the service. This year there was a coupon on Angie's List which I bought which made the service a really good deal.

Very well. Robert M., the technician, is competent and congenial. He knew immediately what the problem was - the a.c. drain pipe was clogged. Our water has a lot of minerals in it, and there was build-up. Robert M. tried to blow out the line, then fixed it by re-routing the drain. Much to our surprise and gratitude, he spent an extra few minutes, after the work was done, vacuuming up debris from the work area. He said "We don't want to leave you with more mess." The a.c. is now humming along nicely, no more water pooling under the unit. We are very satisfied with the company's prompt and effective response to our problem.

They arrived on time. Laid out plastic to protect my floors. Then worked diligently till they compleated the job.

Angela was wonderfully proficient in setting up our appointment. Joe, was extremely professional, polite, and friendly. His work was performed quickly and with skill.

John spent almost three hours cleaning and servicing my air-conditioning unit in very hot and humid weather. John never complained, in fact everything I looked up on the roof, he was smiling. John was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to service your air-conditioning unit.

I was assured that Arizona Comfort Systems could help me that very day. And they did! The service man arrived within a couple of hours, was professional and polite, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and my A/C was up and running! It was a big relief. We need more companies like this!

Both installers were great, and the guy who did the duct cleaning. I'm satisfied with what I received for the amount I paid.
