Description of Work: We were looking for a monthly pool service they insisted we buy a $500 pool cleaning vacuum. They also purposely broke our pool skimmer basket to suit their needs and in the process lost a critical piece. But what was worse is that they didn't even tell us this happened.

Description of Work: They were not organized and seemed to always find an additional service that needed to be done. They failed to get my authorization on multiple occasions prior to fixing what they thought needed to be fixed. In one case, they charged me over a $400 without my permission. Needless to say, this relationship did not last long at all.

Description of Work: Scott helped us out of a real jam--we had a flood in our garden, and he came over after hours and helped dig out a hole to uncover a pipe. When that wasn't the problem, he checked the motor settings and eventually found the problem. He stayed longer and did more than we asked, and didn't leave until the problem was found. His rate was reasonable, and we would recommend him highly.

Description of Work: Scott does a great job at a fair price! I recently bought a home with a pool and needed ongoing, regular pool maintenance. Scott came out the same day I called him. Gave me a complete overview of my pool and helpful tips BEFORE I had commited to use his service. His prices are fair and he is a trustworthy person who does what he says he will do. Completely recommend without reservation!
