The Ranch Pool Service was extremely responsive and professional. We are now using The Ranch Pool Service to provide weekly maintenance on our pool.

They did a good job. They did what the other pool companies couldn't fix. I would use them again.

Our pool had been looking pretty bad for a while. Old pool service company guys were useless. Contacted Scott at Ranch Pool Service and he came out and assessed the situation. Scott quickly worked out the issues and gave us options to fix. Ended up replacing the pump and pool cleaner and had his crew take over the weekly servicing as well. It's been a few months now and pool has never looked better and our new pump is much more efficient so saving on power bill. Highly recommend Scott and his team!!

These guys do a great job every week. They are also very responsive and reasonable when it comes to repairs.

Service went well. The valve replaced re-configured our system and changed the process to start or spa. The owner was very responsive tou our phone call and stopped by to Show us how the new system worked. The following week his employee who was at the house for weekly service stopped and confirmed with us that we were all set. Excellent service!

They provide routine service always on time and done well. If required they respond to questions and calls within hours and in person. Would not use another service.

I totally trust their recommendations and I feel that they will never try to sell me a part or a service unless it's absolutely necessary.

The Ranch Pool Service cares for out pool on a regular basis, and demonstrates a high degree of integrity and ownership of results. They recommended our pool be drained and refilled after several years, and accomplished that task as well, on schedule and completing the entire process within 24 hours. There was no disruption to our other activities.

It went well! I obtained quotes from the big pool companies and then went to Scott at Ranch Pool for his opinion. He convinced me that he could do a better job than the big guys with more attention to detail for less money. He did exactly that. There were a few start up problems and Ranch Pool responded immediately, and we could not be happier. I look for 3 traits in a pool contractor (or any other contractor); that of Honesty, Fairness, and Knowledge. My past pool contractors have always come up short in at least one of those. Scott Hall ranks the highest marks in all three. Very highly recommended!

My experience with The Ranch Pool Service has been great so far. They provide reliable service, and I can trust them to do the job when I am away from my home. When it comes time for repairs, they advise me on that which is truly necessary versus a cosmetic improvement. I like that the same serviceperson (Josh) services my pool each time, with rare exception. If Josh cannot make it on the day he is scheduled, he always lets me know that he will be by the next day. Scotts team arrived on time, every week, performing cleaning and maintenance as needed. If a replacement part was needed, the team communicated effectively and quickly about that part, adding on appropriate charges. Extremely dependable service.

Scott Hall and the team at The Ranch Pool Service offer the best service in the Valley. I have an older (1980's) vintage pool that requires TLC from time to time. The Ranch performs my weekly cleanings and, in addition, have performed maintenance for me. This year, we replaced the pool pump as the old one failed. Scott's team explained my options very clearly with pros and cons of each option. I never got the feeling they were in any way trying to upsell me or sell me something I didn't need. Once I selected the replacement, the swap out was seamlessly performed just a day or so later. I have been very happy with the new pump. Also, this year we had the mineral buildup at the water line bead blasted clean. Scott and team managed the entire process including making sure we had all the documentation needed to send in to City of Phoenix water so we were not charged a wastewater fee on the water needed to refill the pool. I could not recommend The Ranch Pool Service any more highly than I do!

Excellent service, honest and knowledgeable. Issue was diagnosed quickly and fixed on the spot. No attempt to up-sell me on more work, although did provide an honest opinion of eventually needing to replace our aging original pool equipment (17 years old now...)
