Mr. Ramirez did a great job of getting our indoor shutters back in working order. He also showed me how to tighten or loosen the mechanism opening and closing the shutters to the tension we desired. Working with Sunset Shutters was certainly a pleasant experience.

I ordered custom blinds on 6/27 and was told they will be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. Since then, I've been told they are on a truck coming from Mexico and the truck is stuck at the border. I've also been told they will contract with a new vendor and have them made here in Phoenix. Now, he's just avoiding me after he promised they will be completed by 9/5. Lies, Lies and more Lies.
