Al did a grat job with my shutters for a good price. They look fantastic! You do need to be patient as they take awhile to come in, but they are worth the wait.

We ordered shutters and electronic blinds. Al was very responsive in the begging. He went over everything and gave a very competitive price. The problems started after we paid. Unfortunately we paid in full and felt held hostage to nothing happing afterwards and communication stop. We were supposed to have someone come out for measurements, my wife and I waited and no one showed up. We tried calling Al, no answer until later in the day saying sorry and they will have to reschedule. (This became a common pattern). Finally after getting measurements again we were told it will take about 3 months to get the shutters and about a month to get the blinds. Well, a month past, no calls from Al. It felt like we had to keep calling to get any time of when things will happen. So here we go again, Al tells us someone will be out to install the Blinds, so we take time off work to be there. Again, no one shows up, we have to keep trying to call Al to get a sorry we screwed up and will have to reschedule. So we reschedule, and again no one shows up. I tell Al, just have the blinds installed the same time as the shutters. Now we are at the three month mark when the shutters are supposed to be installed. No calls from Al again, we have to track him down. He blames everything on the warehouse. Another month goes by after he tells us it will be about three weeks. Four weeks pass, now four months into it and not blinds or shutters and Al says the shutters are delayed and it all be another three weeks. Four more weeks have passed and now we feel he is never coming and we will have to take this guy to court. So Al does his normal thing, he schedules a day, we wait around home all day, no one shows up. He is now blaming his guys and the factory. Five months, into it. Five missed appointments and many missed promises, the shutters are finally installed, but again the blinds guy is missing in action. We just want this nightmare to end, but again Al schedules another day and we know what is going to happen. So again, here I was sitting at home, no one shows up again. Als typical sorry and empty promises. I had to tell him I will take him to court and finally, the blinds guy comes out three days later and installs the blinds. This was an absolute nightmare, we had to keep calling Al, he avoids you at all cost, never calls back. He will say ?I will call you back in 20 min?. He never does, you have to call him and get lucky if you get him. Avoid this company, if you do use them don?t pay everything upfront like we did.

Affordable. On time. Good work.
